href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/6626-The-drying-up-of-China-s-largest-freshwater-lake\">\u9131\u9633\u6e56<\/a>\u53e3\u6c34\u95f8\u5efa\u8bbe\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u8fdb\u5165\u65bd\u5de5\u524d\u73af\u8bc4\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u9884\u8ba1\u6295\u8d44130\u4ebf\u5143\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u52a8\u4f5c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\uff0c\u915d\u917f\u3001\u72b9\u8c6b\u4e86\u4e8c\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6de1\u6c34\u6e56\u548c\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6cb3\u6d41\u95f4\u5efa\u95f8\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u6216\u8bb8\u5df2\u7ecf\u63a5\u8fd1\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u4e0d\u51fa\u610f\u5916\uff0c\u53cd\u5bf9\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u53ca\u65f6\u54cd\u4e86\u8d77\u6765\uff1a\u516c\u793a\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u5de5\u7a0b\u5df2\u906d\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u7eff\u53d1\u4f1a\u3001\u8ba9\u5019\u9e1f\u98de\u516c\u76ca\u57fa\u91d1\u5728\u5185\u7684100\u591a\u5bb6\u516c\u76ca\u673a\u6784\u548c\u56e2\u4f53\u8054\u7f72\u53cd\u5bf9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u6de1\u6c34\u6e56\uff0c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u901a\u5411\u957f\u6c5f\u7684\u6d45\u789f\u5f62\u6e56\u6cca\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u5b63\u8282\u53d8\u8fc1\u7ecf\u5386\u6025\u5267\u7684\u6c34\u4f4d\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5728\u79cb\u51ac\u67af\u6c34\u5b63\uff0c\u957f\u6c5f\u6c34\u4f4d\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\u4ee4\u5927\u91cf\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u6d41\u51fa\uff0c\u6e56\u6cca\u6c34\u4f4d\u53d8\u5316\u5e45\u5ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d85\u8fc710\u7c73\uff0c\u9762\u79ef\u57283000\u591a\u548c100\u591a\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u95f4\u6446\u8361\u3002\u6c5f\u897f\u6c34\u5229\u7cfb\u7edf\u6d41\u4f20\u7740&ldquo;\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e00\u7247\u3001\u67af\u6c34\u4e00\u7ebf&rdquo;\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/1846-Crisis-at-Poyang-Lake\">\u8bf4\u6cd5<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u67a2\u7ebd\u5efa\u8bbe\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5728<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxsl.gov.cn\/id_6a83088d95678f9f0cf3ef49f5ba511b\/news.shtml\">\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u6c34\u5229\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e2d\u79f0<\/a>\uff0c\u5efa\u8bbe\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6c34\u5229\u5de5\u7a0b\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd110\u5e74\u6765\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u8fde\u7eed\u51fa\u73b0\u67af\u6c34\u65f6\u95f4\u63d0\u524d\u3001\u67af\u6c34\u671f\u5ef6\u957f\u3001\u6c34\u4f4d\u8d85\u4f4e\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61\uff0c\u6781\u7aef\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u519c\u4e1a\u704c\u6e89\u6ca1\u6709\u6c34\uff0c\u5b88\u7740\u5927\u6e56\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u6c11\u4e5f\u906d\u5230\u505c\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u5173\u6ce8\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4e89\u593a\u4e0e\u5730\u533a\u653f\u6cbb\u7684\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u6388\u90ed\u5dcd\u9752\u5728\u5176\u300a\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4e89\u593a\u4e0e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u653f\u6cbb\u540e\u679c\u300b\u6587\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u65e9\u5728\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa90\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u6c5f\u897f\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u8003\u8651\u5728\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u4e0a\u5efa\u6c34\u5229\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002 \u300a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pprd.org.cn\/ziliao\/zhengce\/cqy\/201407\/P020140720643301427332.doc\">\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u751f\u6001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u5efa\u8bbe\u89c4\u5212<\/a>\u300b\u4e8e2009\u5e7412\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u83b7\u5f97\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u63d0\u5230\u8981&ldquo;\u91cd\u70b9\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u9002\u65f6\u63a8\u8fdb\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u67a2\u7ebd\u5de5\u7a0b\u5efa\u8bbe\u3002&rdquo;\u4f46\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u5c06\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u67af\u6c34\u8c03\u63a7\u5de5\u7a0b\u4ece\u8be5\u89c4\u5212\u4e2d\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u8fdb\u884c\u5355\u72ec\u8bba\u8bc1\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u8be5\u5de5\u7a0b\u6b63\u4e00\u6b65\u4e00\u6b65\u5411\u524d\u63a8\u8fdb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\"><strong>\u4e09\u5ce1\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\u7684\u9131\u9633\u6e56<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6076\u5316\u7684\u7f3a\u6c34\u72b6\u51b5\u4e0e\u957f\u6c5f\u5927\u578b\u6c34\u5229\u6c34\u7535\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6c34\u7535\u7ad9\u4e09\u5ce1\u5927\u575d\u5bf9\u5b83\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6b63\u53d7\u5230\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u6c34\u4f4d\u8fdb\u884c\u53d1\u7535\u548c\u5e94\u4ed8\u4e0b\u6e38\u67af\u6c34\u5b63\u7684\u65f1\u60c5\uff0c\u4e09\u5ce1\u5927\u575d\u5728\u6bcf\u5e74\u6c5b\u671f\u8fc7\u540e\u5f00\u59cb\u84c4\u6c34\u3002\u6c34\u5229\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u5730\u77ff\u5c40\u533a\u57df\u5730\u8d28\u8c03\u67e5\u961f\u603b\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u8303\u6653\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u4e09\u5ce1\u6bcf\u5e749\u6708\u81f311\u6708\u84c4\u6c34\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0b\u6cc4\u6d41\u91cf\u8fdc\u5c0f\u4e8e\u6b63\u5e38\u6d41\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u5bfc\u81f4\u901a\u6c5f\u6e56\u6cca\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u548c\u6e56\u5357\u7684\u6d1e\u5ead\u6e56\u56e0\u5927\u91cf\u8865\u7ed9\u957f\u6c5f\u800c\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u5e72\u6db8\u3002\u65e9\u57282011\u5e74\uff0c\u65f6\u4efb\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u6c34\u5229\u5385\u526f\u5385\u957f\u6731\u6765\u53cb\u66fe\u5bf9\u5a92\u4f53<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/news.sciencenet.cn\/htmlnews\/2011\/6\/248781.shtm\">\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u793a<\/a>\uff0c&ldquo;\u4e09\u5ce1\u7b49\u4e0a\u6e38\u6c34\u5e93\u6c5b\u540e\u84c4\u6c34\uff0c\u786e\u5df2\u5bf9\u957f\u6c5f\u4e2d\u4e0b\u6e38\u67af\u6c34\u671f\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4ea7\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u4e0b\u6e38\u53ca\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u533a\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u5c06\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u9ad8\u7ea7\u77e5\u8bc6\u5206\u5b50\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u6d3e\u4e5d\u4e09\u5b66\u793e12\u67082\u65e5\u5728\u5176\u5b98\u7f51\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u4e5f\u5370\u8bc1\u4e86\u8303\u6653\u7684\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.93.gov.cn\/html\/93gov\/xwjc\/snyw\/161202162114060231.html\">\u8be5\u6587\u79f0<\/a>\u4e09\u5ce1\u84c4\u6c34\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u4e0b\u6e38\u590f\u79cb\u5b63\u8282\u6d41\u91cf\u51cf\u5c0f\uff0c\u957f\u6c5f\u6c34\u4f4d\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u8d77\u51b3\u5b9a\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e0a\u6e38\u6c34\u5e93\u8c03\u8282\u662f\u67af\u6c34\u63d0\u524d\u7684\u6839\u672c\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\"><strong>\u7528&ldquo;\u4e09\u5ce1\u7684\u624b\u6bb5&rdquo;\u62b5\u6d88\u4e09\u5ce1\u5f71\u54cd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u957f\u6c5f\uff0c\u5df2\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u5929\u7136\u7684\u957f\u6c5f\u3002&rdquo;\u5728\u5bf9\u6c34\u95f8\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxsl.gov.cn\/id_6a83088d95678f9f0cf3ef49f5ba511b\/news.shtml\">\u4ecb\u7ecd<\/a>\u4e2d\uff0c\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u6c34\u5229\u5385\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u8868\u660e\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u903b\u8f91\uff1a\u6c34\u5229\u5de5\u7a0b\u5bf9\u81ea\u7136\u6c34\u4f53\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4f9d\u9760\u65b0\u7684\u6c34\u5229\u5de5\u7a0b\u53bb\u62b5\u6d88\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e3b\u8981\u63a8\u52a8\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5357\u660c\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u80e1\u632f\u9e4f\u3002\u4ed6<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalpaper.stdaily.com\/http_www.kjrb.com\/kjrb\/html\/2016-12\/07\/content_356624.htm?div=-1\">\u544a\u8bc9\u79d1\u6280\u65e5\u62a5<\/a>\uff0c\u6c5f\u897f\u5df2\u7ecf\u81f3\u5c11\u8bba\u8bc1\u548c\u8bd5\u9a8c\u8fc73\u79cd\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7efc\u5408\u6548\u76ca\u90fd\u6bd4\u4e0d\u4e0a\u5efa\u95f8\uff0c&ldquo;\u5982\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u529e\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4e0d\u613f\u610f\u5efa\u95f8\u3002&rdquo;\u80e1\u632f\u9e4f\u66fe\u4efb\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u526f\u7701\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u6c34\u5229\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u5468\u5efa\u519b\u548c\u4e5d\u4e09\u5b66\u793e\u90fd\u5efa\u8bae\u6c5f\u897f\u5229\u7528\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u6765\u7f13\u89e3\u67af\u6c34\u5b63\u8282\u7684\u6c34\u8352\uff0c\u4f46\u80e1\u632f\u9e4f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e00\u63d0\u8bae\u4e0d\u5207\u5b9e\u9645\uff1a<\/span>&ldquo;\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u5468\u8fb9\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\uff0c\u94c1\u548c\u9530\u90fd\u8d85\u6807\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u51c0\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\u53bb\u9664\u94c1\u79bb\u5b50\u548c\u9530\u79bb\u5b50\uff0c\u6c34\u8d28\u8fbe\u4e0d\u5230\u996e\u7528\u8981\u6c42\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><span href=\"https:\/\/www.thepaper.cn\/newsDetail_forward_1575182\">\u544a\u8bc9\u6f8e\u6e43\u65b0\u95fb<\/a>\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u67a2\u7ebd\u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6848\u662f\uff1a\u5efa\u95f8\u540e\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ea\u5728\u67af\u6c34\u671f\u5927\u7ea6100\u5929\u5de6\u53f3\u65f6\u95f4\uff0811\u6708\u81f3\u6b21\u5e742\u6708\u524d\u540e\uff09\u84c4\u6c34\uff0c\u4e14\u53ea\u62e6\u6c34\u4e0d\u53d1\u7535\u3002\u57284\u6708\u81f38\u6708\u7684\u6c5b\u671f\uff0c\u95f8\u95e8\u5168\u5f00\uff0c\u6c5f\u6e56\u8fde\u901a\u3002\u7efc\u5408\u5168\u5e74\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u5c06\u7ef4\u6301\u8fdb\u51fa\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u8fdb\u591a\u5c11\u6c34\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0b\u6cc4\u591a\u5c11\u3002\u6b64\u5916\u80e1\u8fd8\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5de5\u7a0b\u540c\u6837\u91cd\u89c6\u9c7c\u7c7b\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u62df\u5efa\u6d04\u6e38\u901a\u9053\u4fdd\u969c\u9c7c\u7c7b\u7684\u751f\u5883\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ec5\u52691000\u5934\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u6fd2\u5371\u52a8\u7269<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/blog\/5883-Watching-the-world-s-only-freshwater-finless-porpoise-vanish\/ch\">\u6c5f\u8c5a<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u8ba4\u540c\u8fd9\u79cd\u903b\u8f91\u3002\u540c\u6d4e\u5927\u5b66\u73af\u5883\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e0e\u79d1\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u6388<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ycwb.com\/ePaper\/xkb\/html\/2011-06\/01\/content_1125766.htm\">\u674e\u5efa\u534e\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u5a92\u4f53\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8868\u793a<\/a>\uff0c\u6c5f\u897f\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u8fdd\u80cc\u81ea\u7136\u89c4\u5f8b\uff0c\u4eba\u4e3a\u5e72\u9884\u6c34\u7cfb\u751f\u6001\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u7528&ldquo;\u4e09\u5ce1\u7684\u624b\u6bb5&rdquo;\u8bd5\u56fe\u62b5\u6d88\u4e09\u5ce1\u5bf9\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-62a7c635-83c3-752d-aeb7-94b008f8c78a\">\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5c31\u67af\u6c34\u671f\u63d0\u524d\u3001&ldquo;\u5efa\u95f8\u84c4\u6c34&rdquo;\u53ef\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u8054\u7cfb\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u67a2\u7ebd\u5efa\u8bbe\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff0c\u4f46\u622a\u81f3\u53d1\u7a3f\u65f6\u5c1a\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u56de\u590d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u751f\u6001\u98ce\u9669<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\u58f0\u97f3\u6765\u81ea\u5bf9\u6c34\u95f8\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u7684\u751f\u6001\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u662f\u5177\u6709\u4e16\u754c\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6e7f\u5730\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/baike.baidu.com\/view\/293187.htm\">\u4e16\u754c\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a<\/a>\uff08WWF\uff09\u5212\u5b9a\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u91cd\u8981\u751f\u6001\u533a\u3002\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u4e2d\u56fd\u529e\u516c\u5ba411\u670830\u65e5\u5728\u5176\u5b98\u7f51\u8868\u793a<a
