id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u70f9\u8c03\u70df\u6c14\u6392\u653e\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u4e3a\u5730\u65b9\u5b98\u5458\u5217\u4e3a\u96fe\u973e\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u6765\u6e90\u30021\u67089\u65e5\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/news.qq.com\/a\/20170109\/022604.htm\">\u5efa\u8bae<\/a>\u5c45\u6c11\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u65f6\u5c3d\u91cf\u907f\u514d\u714e\u7092\u70b8\u7b49\u70f9\u996a\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5ba4\u5185\u9897\u7c92\u7269\u30022016\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u6cb3\u5317\u7701\u4fdd\u5b9a\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u751a\u81f3<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bd.gov.cn\/content-159-106235.html\">\u7981\u6b62<\/a>\u5c45\u6c11\u70e7\u7164\u505a\u996d\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u6765\u904f\u5236\u96fe\u973e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u4e34\u6c7e\u5c45\u6c11\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u6781\u5176\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u6df1\u8868\u5fe7\u8651\uff0c\u5f20\u6587\u6e05\u7684\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8a00\u8bba\u662f\u5bf9\u6b64\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u56de\u5e94\u30021\u67084\u65e5\uff0c&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c14\u8c61\u7231\u597d\u8005&rdquo;\u7684\u5fae\u535a&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weibo.com\/1763864272\/EpiMvnJOm?from=page_1005051763864272_profile&amp;wvr=6&amp;mod=weibotime&amp;type=comment#_rnd1483933588100\">\u516c\u5e03<\/a>\u4e86\u4e34\u6c7e\u5e02\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6307\u6570\uff0c\u5e76\u9644\u4e0a\u4e86\u4e34\u6c7e\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5176\u4ed6\u57ce\u5e02\u6c61\u67d3\u6307\u6570\u5bf9\u6bd4\u56fe\u3002\u5fae\u535a\u4e2d\u5199\u9053\uff1a&ldquo;\u5728\u5468\u8fb9\u4e00\u7247\u4e24\u4f4d\u6570\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\u91cc\uff0c\u4e34\u6c7e\u9006\u5929\u5730\u641e\u51fa\u4e86\u4e2a&lsquo;1152&rsquo;\uff08\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\uff09&rdquo;\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chinadialogue-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/content_image\/content_image\/2060\/linfen-city-air-pollution-controversy-001.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener class=\"caption\">2017\u5e741\u67084\u53f7\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6307\u6570\uff0c\u4e34\u6c7e\u7684\u6307\u6570\u5230\u8fbe\u6bcf\u7acb\u65b9\u7c731152\u5fae\u514b\u3002\u6765\u6e90\uff1a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c14\u8c61\u7231\u597d\u8005\/\u5fae\u535a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u636e\u4e34\u6c7e\u5e02\u73af\u4fdd\u5c40\u7f51\u7ad9<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lfhb.gov.cn\/main\/News.asp?NewsID=2435\">\u62a5\u9053<\/a>\uff0c1\u67089\u65e5\u4e0b\u5348\u526f\u5e02\u957f\u95eb\u5efa\u56fd\u5bf9\u8be5\u5e02\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u7206\u8868\u516c\u5f00\u5411\u5e02\u6c11\u9053\u6b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u9762\u5bf9\u7535\u89c6\u955c\u5934\u548c\u4f17\u591a\u8bb0\u8005\uff0c\u95eb\u5efa\u56fd\u8868\u793a\u63a5\u53d7\u6700\u8fd1\u516c\u4f17\u548c\u5a92\u4f53\u7684\u6279\u8bc4\uff0c\u5e76\u5217\u51fa\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7406\u4e3e\u63aa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53ca\u65f6\u516c\u5e03\u5404\u7c7b\u4fe1\u606f\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u5371\u5bb3\u548c\u9884\u9632\u7684\u5ba3\u4f20\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u6709\u5bb3\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6765\u6e90\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u662f\u7164\u70ad\u548c\u77f3\u6cb9\u7b49\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u71c3\u70e7\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u3002\u636e\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u9ad8\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u4f1a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/mediacentre\/factsheets\/fs313\/en\/\">\u635f\u4f24<\/a>\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u7684\u5165\u9662\u7387\u63d0\u9ad8\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\u5e94\u63a7\u5236\u572820\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff0c\u800c\u4eba\u4f53\u5728\u9ad8\u4e8e500\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684\u66b4\u9732\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc710\u5206\u949f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ecf\u8425\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u6570\u636e\u7f51\u7ad9Aqistudy.cn\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c1\u6708\u521d\u4e34\u6c7e\u5e02\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6d53\u5ea6\u66fe\u6301\u7eed\u6570\u5c0f\u65f6\u9ad8\u8fbe700\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u57281\u67084\u65e5\u665a\u95f4\u8fbe\u52301331\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u7684\u6c14\u8c61\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u540e\u674e\u6c40\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u4e0a\u8d34\u4e86\u4e24\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9192\u4eba\u4eec\u8b66\u60d5\u9ad8\u6d53\u5ea6\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u3002\u5979\u5728\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mp.weixin.qq.com\/s\/yBkYlADobq-S4FNev_kaHw\">\u5e16\u5b50<\/a>\u91cc\uff0c\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u62e8\u6253\u4e34\u6c7e\u5e02\u73af\u4fdd\u70ed\u7ebf\u540e\u7684\u6cae\u4e27\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u674e\u6c40\u8fd9\u6837\u63cf\u8ff0\u63a5\u7535\u8bdd\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\uff1a&ldquo;\u6211\u80fd\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u5bf9\u65b9\u7684\u50b2\u6162&hellip;&hellip;\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4ed6\u4eec\u8bed\u6c14\u975e\u5e38\u53cb\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u613f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u6548\u4fe1\u606f\u3002&rdquo;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5e16\u5b50\u5728\u5fae\u535a\u4e0a\u4e0d\u523012\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\u5c31\u88ab\u5220\u6389\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u674e\u7684\u5fae\u4fe1\u516c\u4f17\u53f7\u4e0a\u8fd8\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f20\u6587\u6e05\u6240\u505a\u7684\u89e3\u91ca\u5e76\u672a\u6d88\u9664\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u7591\u8651\u3002\u4e00\u4f4d\u5fae\u535a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weibo.com\/laojia800223\">\u7528\u6237<\/a>\u5199\u9053\uff1a&ldquo;\u5927\u5bb6\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u7528\u7164\u505a\u996d\uff0c\u600e\u4e48\u5c31\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u8fd9\u4e48\u91cd\u5462\uff1f&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-8a064d84-ace5-9846-d0b0-1a361028e92c\">\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u4e1c\u4e9a\u6c14\u5019\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u4efb\u8463\u8fde\u8d5b\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u6f8e\u6e43\u65b0\u95fb\u56fd\u9645\u7248&ldquo;\u7b2c\u516d\u58f0&rdquo;\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e5f\u5bf9\u4e34\u6c7e\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u5173\u4e8e\u5bb6\u5ead\u71c3\u7164\u662f\u6c61\u67d3\u4e3b\u56e0\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\u8868\u793a\u8d28\u7591\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8463\u8fde\u8d5b\u8fd8\u544a\u8bc9&ldquo;\u7b2c\u516d\u58f0&rdquo;\uff1a&ldquo;\u6839\u636e\u7eff\u8272\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u5728\u975e\u4f9b\u6696\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u4e34\u6c7e\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002&rdquo;\u4ed6\u8fd8\u62ff\u51fa\u4e00\u5f20\u7f8e\u56fd\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u5c40\uff08NASA\uff09\u7684\u5730\u56fe\uff0c\u4ece\u8fd9\u5f20\u56fe\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u51fa\uff0c\u57282016\u5e74\u4e34\u6c7e\u67097\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6d53\u5ea6\u6301\u7eed\u504f\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u7b2c\u516d\u58f0&rdquo;\u5728\u73af\u4fdd\u90e8\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u770b\u5230\uff0c\u53d1\u7535\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u662f2014\u5e74\u5c71\u897f\u7701\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u6392\u653e\u7684\u4e24\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u5360\u523045.6%\u548c32.6%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u4f17\u73af\u5883\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u517c\u4e3b\u4efb\u9a6c\u519b\u544a\u8bc9&ldquo;\u7b2c\u516d\u58f0&rdquo;\uff0c\u5f20\u6587\u6e05\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\u5f88\u96be\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e34\u6c7e\u5f88\u5c11\u516c\u5e03\u5f53\u5730\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u6392\u653e\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9a6c\u519b\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e34\u6c7e\u6ca1\u6709\u6267\u884c\u73af\u4fdd\u90e82013\u5e74\u9881\u5e03\u7684<\/span><a
