id=\"docs-internal-guid-9baa3505-182b-b9d1-efd5-06ca0a23661e\">\u4e24\u5bb6\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u4e8e\u8457\u540d\u7684\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u6838\u4e8b\u6545\u65e7\u5740\u5174\u5efa\u4e00\u5ea7\u5927\u578b\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u7ad9\uff0c\u8fd9\u663e\u793a\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u52a9\u63a8\u4e0b\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u6c61\u67d3\u571f\u5730\u53d1\u5c55\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6216\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1986\u5e74\u7684\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u4e8b\u6545\u91ca\u653e\u4e86\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u5e7f\u5c9b\u6838\u7206\u70b8400\u591a\u500d\u7684\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u7269\u8d28\u300230\u5e74\u540e\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u5373\u5c06\u843d\u6237\u8f90\u5c04\u533a\u7684\u5927\u578b\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u505a\u51c6\u5907\u3002\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u6838\u4e8b\u6545\u9020\u6210\u5468\u8fb9\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u3001\u767d\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u548c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u7684\u5927\u7247\u571f\u5730\u5728\u51e0\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u5185\u90fd\u5c06\u53d7\u5230\u8f90\u5c04\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u670930\u591a\u4e07\u4eba\u88ab\u8feb\u8fc1\u79bb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5229\u7528\u88ab\u5de5\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u4e8b\u6545\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u571f\u5730\u5efa\u8bbe\u98ce\u80fd\u548c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u662f\u53cd\u5bf9\u7528\u519c\u4e1a\u548c\u516c\u5171\u571f\u5730\u53d1\u5c55\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4eba\u4e5f\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u6b22\u8fce\u3002\u62df\u5efa\u7684\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf10\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u5ea7\u9707\u60ca\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u6838\u707e\u73b0\u573a\u82e5\u80fd\u5f7b\u5e95\u6539\u5934\u6362\u9762\uff0c\u65e0\u7591\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u58ee\u5927\u8fd9\u4e00\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u4e00\u65e6\u5efa\u6210\uff0c\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u5c06\u91cd\u65b0\u7115\u53d1\u751f\u673a\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u5438\u5f15\u5168\u7403\u5173\u6ce8\u3002&rdquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u6210\u5957\u5de5\u7a0b\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u534f\u946b\u96c6\u6210\u516c\u53f811\u6708\u4efd\u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u5ba3\u5e03\u4fee\u5efa\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u573a\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ebrd.com\/what-we-do\/sectors\/nuclear-safety\/chernobyl-new-safe-confinement.html\">\u4fdd\u62a4\u5468\u8fb9\u533a\u57df<\/a>\u5728\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u7684\u5c06\u6765\u514d\u53d7\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u8f90\u5c04\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u590d\u5174\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u8d44\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u9632\u62a4\u7f69\u5c06\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e74\u665a\u4e9b\u65f6\u5019\u5b8c\u5de5\uff0c\u5176\u5f3a\u5ea6\u8db3\u4ee5\u62b5\u6297\u9f99\u5377\u98ce\u7684\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8db3\u4ee5\u5bb9\u4e0b\u4f26\u6566\u7684\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57\u5927\u6559\u5802\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
