id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\">\u503c\u4e16\u754c\u6c34\u65e5\u4e4b\u9645\uff0c\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4e3a\u60a8\u76d8\u70b9\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e94\u4e2a\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u6e56\u6cca\u7684\u73b0\u72b6\u3002\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u65e7\u7684&ldquo;\u4e94\u6e56&rdquo;\u6982\u5ff5\u4ec5\u6307\u51e0\u767e\u5e74\u524d\u4e1c\u3001\u4e2d\u90e8\u5730\u533a\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u6de1\u6c34\u6e56\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u76d8\u70b9\u5219\u5c06\u89c6\u91ce\u6269\u5927\u5230\u6574\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a \/>\n\u70b9\u51fb\u56fe\u7247\u67e5\u770b\u300a\u4e94\u6e56\u8bb0\u300b\u4e92\u52a8\u5730\u56fe<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>\u9131\u9633\u6e56&mdash;&mdash;\u5efa\u95f8\u8fd8\u662f\u4e0d\u5efa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u6de1\u6c34\u6e56\uff0c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u7684\u9762\u79ef\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u901a\u5411\u957f\u6c5f\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6d45\u6e56\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u957f\u6c5f\u6c34\u4f4d\u7684\u5347\u964d\u7ecf\u5386\u6025\u5267\u7684\u6c34\u4f4d\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6e56\u6cca\u9762\u79ef\u57283000\u591a\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u548c100\u591a\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u4e4b\u95f4\u6447\u6446\uff0c\u6709\u7740 &ldquo;\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e00\u7247\u3001\u67af\u6c34\u4e00\u7ebf&rdquo;<\/span><span>\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/1846-Crisis-at-Poyang-Lake\">\u8bf4\u6cd5<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\">\u67af\u6c34\u5b63\u8282\u7684\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u4e3a\u8fdc\u9053\u800c\u6765\u7684\u5019\u9e1f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u98df\u7269\u8865\u7ed9\u53ca\u6816\u606f\u843d\u811a\u4e4b\u5730\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u79cb\u51ac\u65e0\u6570\u5019\u9e1f\u4ece\u897f\u4f2f\u5229\u4e9a\u957f\u9014\u8dcb\u6d89\u6765\u6b64\u8fc7\u51ac\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd110\u5e74\u6765\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u8fde\u7eed\u51fa\u73b0\u67af\u6c34\u65f6\u95f4\u63d0\u524d\u3001\u67af\u6c34\u671f\u5ef6\u957f\u3001\u6c34\u4f4d\u8d85\u4f4e\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u6781\u7aef\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6e56\u8fb9\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u533a\u751a\u81f3\u906d\u5230\u505c\u6c34\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5927\u6c34\u7535\u7ad9\u4e09\u5ce1\u5927\u575d\u5bf9\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u4f4d\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u4e5f\u5907\u53d7\u4e89\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jxsl.gov.cn\/id_6a83088d95678f9f0cf3ef49f5ba511b\/news.shtml\">\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u6c34\u5229\u67a2\u7ebd\u5efa\u8bbe\u529e\u516c\u5ba4<\/a><\/span>\u6253\u7b97\u5728\u957f\u6c5f\u548c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u95f4\u4fee\u5efa\u4e00\u9053\u6c34\u95f8\u4ee5\u7f13\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u4f46<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.org.cn\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/9536-Damming-China-s-largest-freshwater-lake-could-harm-fragile-ecosystem\">\u53cd\u5bf9\u58f0\u8ba4\u4e3a<\/a>\uff0c\u9694\u65ad\u957f\u6c5f\u548c\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u4e0d\u4ec5\u963b\u788d\u9c7c\u7c7b\u6d04\u6e38\uff0c\u51ac\u5b63\u8fc7\u9ad8\u7684\u6c34\u4f4d\u4e5f\u4ee4\u5019\u9e1f\u96be\u4ee5\u9002\u5e94\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u751f\u6001\u707e\u96be\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u9131\u9633\u6e56\u8f93\u5f80\u957f\u6c5f\u7684\u6c34\u91cf\u53c8\u4f1a\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\u6e38\u8bf8\u7701\u5e02\u7684\u6c34\u5b89\u5168\u5462\uff1f\u76ee\u524d\u770b\u6765\u8fd9\u573a\u4e89\u8bae\u8fd8\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0b\u53bb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\"><strong>\u9752\u6d77\u6e56&mdash;&mdash;\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u6e56\u89e6\u5e95\u53cd\u5f39<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u4f4d\u4e8e<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E9%9D%92%E8%97%8F%E9%AB%98%E5%8E%9F\">\u9752\u85cf\u9ad8\u539f<\/a>\u4e1c\u5317\u90e8\uff0c\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u54b8\u6c34<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E6%B9%96%E6%B3%8A\">\u6e56\u6cca<\/a>\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u6e56\u3002\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6e56\u6cca\u6b63\u9762\u4e34\u6c34\u57df\u9762\u79ef\u7f29\u5c0f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u8fd1\u5e74\u7684\u6c34\u4f4d\u5e74\u5e74\u8d70\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5df2\u8d70\u51fa\u4f4e\u8c37\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\">\u9752\u6d77\u7701\u5730\u7406\u76d1\u6d4b\u90e8\u95e8<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinanews.com\/gn\/2014\/07-24\/6423678.shtml\">\u4ece1974\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u76d1\u6d4b<\/a>\u5176\u6e56\u533a\u9762\u79ef\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u4ece\u5f53\u5e74\u52302004\u5e74\uff0c\u6e56\u6c34\u9762\u79ef\u7f29\u5c0f\u4e86253\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\uff0c\u4e3a1974\u5e74\u9762\u79ef\u76845.67%\u300210\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u4e2d\u5916\u5bf9\u8bdd\u66fe\u5bf9\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u7684\u8fde\u5e74\u840e\u7f29<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/blog\/668-China-s-largest-lake-may-vanish-in-2-years\/ch\">\u8868\u793a\u62c5\u5fe7<\/a>\uff0c\u4f46\u51fa\u4eba\u610f\u6599\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u9762\u79ef\u4ece2005\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u9010\u5e74\u56de\u5347\uff0c2016\u5e74\u5df2\u7ecf\u51e0\u4e4e\u56de\u5347\u523042\u5e74\u524d\u7684\u5dc5\u5cf0\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\">2017\u5e742\u6708\uff0c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/news.xinhuanet.com\/politics\/2017-02\/23\/c_129493704.htm\">\u9752\u6d77\u7701\u5730\u7406\u666e\u67e5<\/a>\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u6d41\u57df\u5730\u533a\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\u7ef4\u62a4\u826f\u597d\u3002\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u81ea\u7136\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u9000\u8015\u8fd8\u6797\u8fd8\u8349\u3001\u690d\u88ab\u4fee\u590d\u7b49\u4eba\u4e3a\u517b\u62a4\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u533a\u57df\u964d\u6c34\u548c\u51b0\u5ddd\u878d\u6c34\u589e\u52a0\u4e5f\u662f\u9752\u6d77\u6e56\u89e6\u5e95\u53cd\u5f39\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u5a01\u80c1\u7740\u8bf8\u591a\u4f4e\u6d77\u62d4\u5c9b\u5c7f\u548c\u6d77\u5cb8\u547d\u8fd0\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7adf\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u6e56\u7684\u5229\u597d\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u8fd9\u5b9e\u5728\u4ee4\u4eba\u4e94\u5473\u6742\u9648\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\"><strong>\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77&mdash;&mdash;\u9760\u519c\u4e1a\u7ef4\u7cfb\u7684\u6e56\u6cca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5185\u8499\u53e4\uff0c\u6816\u606f\u7740200\u591a\u79cd\u9e1f\u7c7b\u7684\u7f8e\u4e3d\u6e56\u6cca\u517b\u80b2\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u540c\u4e00\u7eac\u5ea6\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6e7f\u5730\u3002\u4e25\u683c\u8bf4\u6765\uff0c\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u4eba\u7c7b\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ef4\u7cfb\u7684\u534a\u5929\u7136\u534a\u4eba\u5de5\u6e56&mdash;&mdash;\u5b83\u7531\u9ec4\u6cb3\u6539\u9053\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u4eca80%\u7684\u6e56\u6c34\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u5468\u8fb9\u519c\u7530\u6392\u51fa\u7684\u704c\u6e89\u6c34\uff0c\u4ec5\u6709\u5c11\u91cf\u6765\u81ea\u964d\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece1965\u5e74\u52301975\u5e74\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u6c11\u7528\u5341\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u5728\u9ec4\u6cb3\u3001\u519c\u7530\u548c\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u4e4b\u95f4\u4fee\u5efa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u7684\u6392\u6c34\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u704c\u6e89\u6c34\u53ef\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u6392\u5165\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\uff0c\u597d\u8ba9\u6e56\u4e2d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u548c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5438\u6536\u6c34\u4e2d\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u5316\u80a5\uff0c&ldquo;\u51c0\u5316&rdquo;\u540e\u7684\u6c34\u518d\u4ece\u6e56\u6cca\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u51fa\u53e3\u6d41\u56de\u9ec4\u6cb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6574\u5957\u4ece\u9ec4\u6cb3\u5f15\u6c34\uff0c\u4ece\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u6cc4\u6c34\u7684\u704c\u6e20\u7f51\u7edc\u4f7f\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u6cb3\u5957\u5e73\u539f\u5730\u533a\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5317\u65b9\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u57fa\u5730\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u800c\u519c\u4e1a\u9000\u6c34\u4e5f\u633d\u6551\u4e86\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u672c\u8be5\u5e72\u6db8\u7684\u5bbf\u547d\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u9e1f\u7c7b\u5929\u5802\u548c\u65c5\u6e38\u80dc\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e2a\u770b\u4f3c\u5b8c\u7f8e\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u5982\u4eca\u5374\u5904\u4e8e\u5931\u6548\u8fb9\u7f18\u3002\u4e13\u5bb6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5316\u80a5\u65bd\u7528\u91cf\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb40\u5e74\u95f4<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wap.sciencenet.cn\/blogview.aspx?id=1006187\">\u589e\u957f\u4e8655\u500d<\/a>\uff0c\u800c\u5982\u4eca\u4e4c\u6881\u7d20\u6d77\u5df2\u65e0\u529b\u51c0\u5316\u6d41\u5165\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u5316\u80a5\u6b8b\u7559\u3002\u8fd1\u5341\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u590f\u5b63\u6e56\u6c34\u90fd\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u5bcc\u8425\u517b\u5316\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/info.ep.hc360.com\/2009\/06\/05094259643.shtml\">\u9ec4\u85fb\u7206\u53d1<\/a>\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u800c\u8986\u76d6\u6c34\u9762\u7684\u9ec4\u85fb\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267\u6c34\u8d28\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f71\u54cd\u4ece\u9c7c\u5230\u9e1f\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-b0711b8f-f5c8-d527-52fa-846f14874d94\"><strong>\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca&mdash;&mdash;\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e2d\u7684\u6e56\u6cca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u7a7a\u4e2d\u4fef\u77b0\u5b9b\u5982\u4e00\u53ea\u5de8\u8033\u7684\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca\u662f\u65b0\u7586\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5df2\u7ecf\u5e72\u6db8\u7684\u5927\u6e56\u30021920\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca\u9762\u79ef\u636e\u6d4b\u7b97\u8fd8\u67093000\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\uff0c\u662f\u5317\u4eac\u57ce\u533a\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u591a\uff1b\u800c\u8fdf\u81f31959\u5e74\u8fd8\u6709\u79d1\u8003\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca\u4e0a\u6cdb\u821f\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u81f3\u4eca\u65e0\u6cd5\u51c6\u786e\u65ad\u5b9a\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca\u5e72\u6db8\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u548c\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u53ea\u77e5\u9053\u5176\u6240\u5728\u7684\u5730\u533a\u6781\u5176\u5e72\u65f1\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u4e0a\u6e38\u6cb3\u6c34\u65ad\u6d41\uff0c\u4ec5\u4ec53\u30014\u7c73\u6df1\u7684\u7f57\u5e03\u6cca\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u51e0\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u5f7b\u5e95\u5e72\u6db8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u7247\u5df2\u7ecf\u6d88\u5931\u7684\u6c34\u57df\u4f3c\u4e4e\u603b\u662f\u4e0e\u4f20\u5947\u76f8\u4f34\u300220\u4e16\u7eaa\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u4f20\u5947\u745e\u5178\u5386\u9669\u5bb6\u65af\u6587&middot;\u8d6b\u5b9a\uff08Sven
