href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/9595-A-ray-of-sunshine-for-contaminated-Chernobyl-site\">\u5207\u5c14\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5229\u6838\u4e8b\u6545<\/a>\u768431\u5468\u5e74\u7eaa\u5ff5\u65e5\uff0c\u800c\u8ddd\u5168\u7403\u9996\u5ea7\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u5728\u524d\u82cf\u8054\u6295\u5165\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4eba\u7c7b\u4e5f\u5df2\u8d70\u5b8c\u4e00\u4e2a\u7532\u5b50\u3002\u4f46\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6838\u7535\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u5df2\u6709\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e45\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u56fd\u5bb6\u4ecd\u672a\u5c31\u5982\u4f55\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5b58\u50a8\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u610f\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">\u82ac\u5170\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u4e00\u9a6c\u5f53\u5148\uff0c\u8ba1\u5212\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u7403\u9996\u4e2a\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u573a\uff0c\u5c06\u9ad8\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u57cb\u85cf\u5728\u8fdc\u79bb\u6d77\u5cb8\u7684\u5965\u5c14\u57fa\u6d1b\u6258\u5c9b\u5730\u4e0b400\u7c73\u7684\u82b1\u5c97\u5ca9\u5c42\u4e2d\u3002\u5b9e\u65bd\u8005\u79f0\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5b58\u50a810\u4e07\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u603b\u7684\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u89c4\u5212\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5f3a\u9879\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5fc5\u987b\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u6570\u4e07\u5e74\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u610f\u5916\u505a\u597d\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u6838\u5de5\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u827a\u672f\u5bb6\u548c\u54f2\u5b66\u5bb6\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u5df2\u7ecf\u65e0\u6cd5\u7406\u89e3\u53f2\u524d\u6587\u660e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u6807\u8bb0\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u70b9\u624d\u80fd\u8ba9\u672a\u6765\u7684\u4eba\u7c7b\u770b\u61c2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u4fbf\u4e0d\u628a\u76ee\u5149\u653e\u5f97\u90a3\u4e48\u957f\u8fdc\uff0c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7ed9\u6280\u672f\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4ee5\u53ca\u793e\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u5de8\u5927\u6311\u6218\u3002\u82ac\u5170\u5c06\u4e8e2020\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u586b\u88c5\u5965\u5c14\u57fa\u6d1b\u6258\u5b58\u50a8\u573a\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u8017\u65f6100\u5e74\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u4ece1919\u5e74<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/science\/the-man-who-went-nuclear-how-ernest-rutherford-ushered-in-the-atomic-age-2230533.html\">\u4eba\u7c7b\u9996\u6b21\u6210\u529f\u5b8c\u6210\u6838\u53cd\u5e94<\/a>\u5b9e\u9a8c\u81f3\u4eca\u8fd8\u4e0d\u5230\u767e\u5e74\uff0c\u7528100\u5e74\u6765\u586b\u88c5\u5e9f\u6599\u542c\u8d77\u6765\u53ef\u771f\u591f\u957f\u5f97\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">\u745e\u5178\u4e5f\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u662f\u9664\u82ac\u5170\u5916\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u4e2a\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7406\u89c4\u5212\u63a5\u8fd1\u5b8c\u6210\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u6b27\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u4e24\u56fd\u5730\u8d28\u6761\u4ef6\u4f18\u8d8a\uff0c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u6570\u91cf\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u5c11\u4e14\u79cd\u7c7b\u5355\u4e00\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u5904\u7406\u7528\u8fc7\u7684\u71c3\u6599\uff08\u53c8\u79f0&ldquo;\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599&rdquo;\uff09\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9700\u8981\u540e\u5904\u7406\u7684\u5e9f\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u76f8\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u6838\u56fd\u5bb6\u66f4\u5177\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u683c\u6797\u5a01\u6cbb\u5927\u5b66\u80fd\u6e90\u653f\u7b56\u8363\u8a89\u6559\u6388<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/9341-China-s-nuclear-roll-out-facing-delays\">\u53f2\u8482\u592b&middot;\u6258\u9a6c\u65af<\/a>\u8bf4\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u9ad8\u653e\u5c04\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u90fd\u662f\u5148\u5b58\u653e\u8d77\u6765\u518d\u7b49\u5f85\u5904\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">&ldquo;\u653e\u773c\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u89c4\u6a21\u548c\u53cd\u5e94\u5806\u6570\u91cf\u90fd\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u968f\u4fbf\u627e\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fd0\u8425\u8d85\u8fc720\u5e74\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u5806\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7535\u7ad9\u7684\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u8bbe\u5907\u80af\u5b9a\u6269\u5bb9\u8fc7\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u6ca1\u5730\u65b9\u653e\u4e86\u3002&rdquo;\u6258\u9a6c\u65af\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u516c\u4f17\u963b\u529b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2011\u5e74\uff0c\u5fb7\u56fd\u603b\u7406\u5b89\u5409\u62c9&middot;\u9ed8\u514b\u5c14\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06\u57282022\u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u5168\u9762\u5173\u95ed\u672c\u56fd\u7684\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u3002\u6b27\u6d32\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u7684\u5f00\u62d3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1977\u5e74\u4e24\u5fb7\u5c1a\u672a\u7edf\u4e00\u65f6\uff0c\u897f\u5fb7\u5f00\u59cb\u52d8\u63a2\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5317\u90e8\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/5238-Nuclear-waste-the-27-tonne-legacy-that-won-t-go-away\">\u683c\u5c14\u96f7\u672c\u7684\u4e00\u5ea7\u5e9f\u5f03\u76d0\u77ff<\/a>\uff0c\u4e3a\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u9009\u5740\u3002\u5fb7\u56fd\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u4e00\u5ea6\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u63a2\u7d22\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u95ee\u9898\u89e3\u51b3\u4e4b\u9053\u7684\u5148\u950b\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u5c31\u63d0\u51fa\u5f3a\u70c8\u6297\u8bae\uff0c\u8fd9\u573a\u6597\u4e89\u6301\u7eed\u6570\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5916\u754c\u5173\u4e8e\u8be5\u9009\u5740\u5728\u5730\u8d28\u4e0a\u662f\u5426\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5b58\u50a8\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u7684\u4e89\u8bba\u6108\u53d1\u6fc0\u70c8\uff0c\u624d\u6700\u7ec8\u4f5c\u7f62\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e13\u5bb6\u79f0\uff0c\u8be5\u9009\u5740\u9760\u8fd1\u5f53\u65f6\u4eba\u70df\u7a00\u5c11\u7684\u4e1c\u5fb7\u8fb9\u5883\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u610f\u5473\u8981\u9ad8\u4e8e\u79d1\u5b66\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u4e8e2000\u5e74\u4e2d\u6b62\u4e86\u9009\u5740\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">\u5fb7\u56fd\u4eca\u5e74\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u6cd5\u6848\u8ba9\u683c\u5c14\u96f7\u672c\u518d\u6b21\u6210\u4e3a\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u5019\u9009\u5730\uff1a\u6309\u7167\u6cd5\u6848\u65b0\u7684\u9009\u5740\u8c03\u67e5\u5c06\u628a\u6574\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u5f20&ldquo;\u7a7a\u767d\u5730\u56fe&rdquo;\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u76d0\u7a79\u3001\u82b1\u5c97\u5ca9\u548c\u9ecf\u571f\u5c42\u90fd\u5728\u8003\u8651\u4e4b\u5217\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b98\u65b9\u8ba1\u5212\u57282031\u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u9009\u5b9a\u5730\u5740\uff0c2050\u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u5efa\u9020\u3002\u4f46\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5fb7\u56fd\u4e1c\u90e8\u6bd7\u90bb\u6377\u514b\u7684\u8428\u514b\u68ee\u5dde\u5df2\u7ecf\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u5176\u6392\u9664\u5728\u9009\u5740\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e13\u5bb6\u4e5f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u6c42\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u91c7\u7eb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u9009\u5740\u52d8\u63a2\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5219\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u5170\u5317\u90e8\u585e\u62c9\u83f2\u5c14\u5fb7\u7684\u6838\u9000\u5f79\u53ca\u540e\u5904\u7406\u8bbe\u65bd\u9644\u8fd1\u5c55\u5f00\uff0c\u90a3\u91cc\u662f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/9296-Britain-s-atomic-waste-legacy\">\u5168\u82f1\u56fd\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u95ee\u9898\u6700\u4e3a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5730\u533a<\/a>\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u5f81\u8be2\u516c\u4f17\u548c\u5b66\u754c\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u9009\u5740\u5de5\u4f5c\u88ab\u6682\u505c\uff0c\u5e76\u6700\u7ec8\u53d6\u6d88\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6bd4\u8f83\u6210\u5f62\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u662f\u5c06\u4e1c\u5317\u90e8\u4e00\u4e2a\u53eb<\/span>\u5e03\u96f7\u7684\u6751\u5e84\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u9ecf\u571f\u5c42\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5b58\u50a8\u5730\u3002\u6cd5\u56fd\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u5e9f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u673a\u6784\uff08ANDRA\uff09\u8ba1\u5212\u57282035\u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u5efa\u8bbe\u3002\u4f46\u89c2\u5bdf\u8005\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u51b3\u5b9a\u6ca1\u6709\u5f81\u8be2\u516c\u4f17\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u800c\u51b3\u5b9a\u8be5\u9009\u5740\u547d\u8fd0\u7684\u8bae\u4f1a\u6295\u7968\u5373\u5c06\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u5f53\u524d\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u6b64\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u5347\u6e29\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\"><strong>\u6210\u672c\u672a\u77e5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6280\u672f\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6210\u672c\u4e5f\u662f\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7406\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u82f1\u56fd\uff0c\u6838\u9000\u5f79\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u6709\u6570\u636e<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/nuclear-provision-explaining-the-cost-of-cleaning-up-britains-nuclear-legacy\/nuclear-provision-explaining-the-cost-of-cleaning-up-britains-nuclear-legacy\">\u9884\u6d4b<\/a>\u5f53\u524d\u7684\u6e05\u7406\u6210\u672c\u5c06\u57288400\u4ebf\u52302\u4e07\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u4e4b\u95f4\u3002\u800c\u8fd9\u65b9\u97622017\u81f32018\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u603b\u652f\u51fa\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/604324\/NDA_Business_Plan_2017_to_2020.pdf\">288\u4ebf\u5143<\/a>\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d200\u4ebf\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u7a0e\u6536\u627f\u62c5\uff0c\u5269\u4e0b\u768488\u4ebf\u5219\u7531\u5546\u4e1a\u8fd0\u8425\u6240\u5f97\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-78dd6e60-b54c-a3a0-161a-8fefb7f47171\">\u5728\u5fb7\u56fd\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u53cd\u5e94\u5806\u9000\u5f79\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6838\u7535\u7ad9\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fc7\u7a0b\u6d89\u53ca\u4e4f\u71c3\u6599\u79fb\u9664\u548c\u8bbe\u65bd\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u5386\u65f6\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u53bb\u5e74\u8fbe\u6210\u7684\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u6838\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7f6e\u73b0\u5728\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6838\u7535\u673a\u6784\u9700\u5411\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u57fa\u91d1\u652f\u4ed8\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e1770\u4ebf\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u7528\u4e8e\u5e9f\u6599\u5904\u7f6e\u3002\u4f46\u4e13\u5bb6\u62c5\u5fc3\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4e3a\u6b64\u4e70\u5355\u7684\u8fd8\u662f\u7eb3\u7a0e\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5e9f\u6599\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u5904\u7f6e\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/9183-The-soaring-costs-of-Germany-s-nuclear-shutdown\">\u65e0\u6cd5\u9884\u4f30\u6210\u672c<\/a>\uff0c&rdquo;\u5fb7\u56fd\u897f\u9c81\u5c14\u5e94\u7528\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u6559\u6388\u6c83\u5c14\u592b\u5188&middot;\u827e\u745e\u514b\u8bf4\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u57fa\u91d1\u989d\u5ea6\u662f\u53c2\u800320\u5e74\u524d\u9009\u5740\u683c\u5c14\u96f7\u672c\u7684\u9884\u7b97\u6765\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684<\/p>\n<p><span
