Dissanayake<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u503a\u52a1\u95ee\u9898\u5982\u4f55\u89e3\u51b3\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\u6709\u4eba\u62c5\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u5f88\u591a\u6c49\u73ed\u6258\u7279\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u9879\u76ee\u524d\u666f\u5e76\u4e0d\u770b\u597d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u7ed9\u653f\u5e9c\u5e26\u6765\u4e25\u91cd\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5176\u540e\u534a\u6bb5\u4efb\u671f\u4e2d\uff0c\u62c9\u8d3e\u5e15\u514b\u8428\u603b\u7edf\u56e0\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e3a\u5176\u5bb6\u4e61\u6c49\u73ed\u6258\u7279\u5f15\u8d44\uff0c\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e76\u65e0\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u800c\u5907\u53d7\u6307\u8d23\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u8fd9\u4e00\u5730\u533a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6709\u4e00\u5ea7\u6269\u5efa\u4e86\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u3001\u65b0\u673a\u573a\u3001\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u677f\u7403\u4f53\u80b2\u573a\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u90fd\u6ca1\u600e\u4e48\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\u8fc7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62c9\u8d3e\u5e15\u514b\u8428\u4e5f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5c06\u5927\u628a\u7684\u94b1\u82b1\u5728\u610f\u56fe\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u9879\u76ee\u4e0a\u800c\u57282015\u5e741\u6708\u7684\u5927\u9009\u4e2d\u610f\u5916\u843d\u8d25\u3002\u65b0\u4efb\u603b\u7edf\u8fc8\u7279\u91cc\u5e15\u62c9\u00b7\u897f\u91cc\u585e\u7eb3\u867d\u7136\u8d62\u5f97\u4e86\u9009\u4e3e\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u8981\u9762\u5bf9\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u7684\u8d1f\u503a\u7387\u5df2\u63a5\u8fd12016\u5e74\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u603b\u503c\u768480%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bc4\u7ea7\u673a\u6784\u7a46\u8fea<a href=\"https:\/\/www.colombopage.com\/archive_17B\/Aug01_1501555557CH.php\">\u4eca\u5e748\u6708\u8b66\u544a\u79f0<\/a>\uff0c2019\u52302022\u5e74\u95f4\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u9700\u8981\u507f\u8fd8\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u603b\u989d\u4e3a138\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u4e3a\u5e2e\u52a9\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u7ba1\u7406\u503a\u52a1\u95ee\u9898\uff0c2016\u5e745\u6708\u56fd\u9645\u8d27\u5e01\u57fa\u91d1\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08IMF\uff09\u540c\u610f\u5411\u8be5\u56fd\u63d0\u4f9b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-imf-sri-lanka\/imf-agrees-1-5-billion-bailout-for-sri-lanka-to-avert-balance-of-payments-crisis-idUSKCN0XQ063\">15\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u7d27\u6025\u63f4\u52a9<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5bfb\u6c42\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5c06\u4e0e\u4e2d\u65b9\u7684\u672a\u507f\u503a\u52a1\u8f6c\u6362\u6210\u9879\u76ee\u80a1\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2017\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u7ecf\u8fc75\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08China Merchant Port Holdings\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0CMP\uff09\u4e0e\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u65b9\u9762\u7b7e\u7f72\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u4ee511.2\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u63a5\u624b\u6c49\u73ed\u6258\u7279\u6e2f\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u8fd8\u540c\u610f\u518d\u5411\u6e2f\u53e3\u8fd0\u8425\u589e\u8d446\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u9879\u4ea4\u6613\u8ba1\u5212\u5374\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u53cd\u5bf9\u6d3e\u4e0e\u6e2f\u53e3\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u6279\u8bc4\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u62c5\u5fc3\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56e0\u6b64\u5c06\u9879\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u63a7\u5236\u6743\u4e0e\u5b89\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\u62f1\u624b\u8ba9\u7ed9\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8feb\u4e8e\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u653f\u5e9c\u540c\u610f\u6210\u7acb\u4e24\u5bb6\u7531\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u6e2f\u53e3\u6e2f\u52a1\u5c40\uff08SLPA\uff09\u548c\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\u5171\u540c\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u9879\u76ee\u571f\u5730\u4e0d\u4f1a\u88ab\u76f4\u63a5\u79df\u8d41\u7ed9\u4e2d\u56fd\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u6e2f\u52a1\u5c40\u4e3b\u5e2d\u5e15\u62c9\u514b\u62c9\u9a6c\u00b7\u8482\u8428\u90a3\u96c5\u514b\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c10\u5e74\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u62db\u5546\u5c40\u6e2f\u53e3\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5c06\u4f1a\u628a\u540d\u4e0b\u80a1\u4efd\u768420%\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7ed9\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u6e2f\u52a1\u5c40\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u8be5\u56fd\u5bf9\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6301\u80a1\u4efd\u989d\u589e\u52a0\u523050%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9879\u76ee\u534f\u8bae\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e747\u6708\u5e95\u6b63\u5f0f\u7b7e\u8ba2\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6279\u8bc4\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u4ecd\u7136\u4e0d\u7edd\u4e8e\u8033\uff0c\u5e76\u6700\u7ec8\u5bfc\u81f4\u603b\u7edf\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e748\u6708\u4e0b\u4ee4\u89e3\u9664\u4e86\u53f8\u6cd5\u90e8\u957f\u7ef4\u6770\u8fbe\u8428\u00b7\u62c9\u8d3e\u5e15\u514b\u820d\u7684\u804c\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a
