href=\"https:\/\/www.globalcarbonproject.org\/carbonbudget\/index.htm\">\u8bc4\u4f30<\/a>\uff0c\u7ee72017\u5e74\u589e\u957f1.7%\u540e\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6392\u653e\u9884\u8ba1\u5c06\u589e\u957f4.7%\u5de6\u53f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2014&mdash;2016\u8fd9\u4e09\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6392\u653e\u5448\u73b0\u7a33\u4e2d\u653e\u7f13\u7684\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u672c\u6765\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u591a\u5c11\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u4f46\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u589e\u957f\u65e0\u7591\u7ed9\u5927\u5bb6\u6d47\u4e86\u4e00\u76c6\u51c9\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u773c\u4e0b\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u662f2019\u5e74\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8d22\u653f\u653f\u7b56\u5df2\u7ecf\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e86\u660e\u786e\u7ebf\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5de5\u4e1a\u9a71\u52a8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6392\u653e\u589e\u957f\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/en\/10955-When-will-we-see-a-global-carbon-peak-\">\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u589e\u52a0<\/a>\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u9a71\u52a8\u529b\u662f\u5de5\u4e1a\u3002\u6839\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7edf\u8ba1\u5c40\u53d1\u5e03\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stats.gov.cn\/tjsj\/zxfb\/201811\/t20181114_1633325.html\">\u6700\u65b0\u5b98\u65b9\u6570\u636e<\/a>\uff0c\u4eca\u5e741\u81f310\u6708\u94a2\u6750\u4ea7\u91cf\u540c\u6bd4\u589e\u957f7.8%\uff0c\u6c34\u6ce5\u751f\u4ea7\u589e\u957f\u4e862.6%\u3002\u5de5\u4e1a\u4ea7\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u5bfc\u81f4\u7535\u529b\u9700\u6c42\u51fa\u73b0\u516d\u5e74\u6765\u7684\u6700\u5feb\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5171\u540c\u9020\u6210\u4eca\u5e74\u524d\u4e09\u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8d39\u7ea63%\u7684\u589e\u5e45\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5f15\u5bfc\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d70\u4e0a\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u9053\u8def\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u666e\u904d\u88ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Chinas-Peaking-Emissions-and-the-Future-of-Global-Climate-Policy.pdf\">\u8ba4\u4e3a<\/a>\u5bf9\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002\u4f46\u6b63\u5982\u6700\u65b0\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\u7684\uff0c\u9ad8\u78b3\u4ea7\u4e1a\u4ecd\u7136\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7740<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-china-steel-output\/baowu-says-china-steel-output-to-hit-record-level-in-2018-idUSKCN1NB07G\">\u7834\u7eaa\u5f55\u7684<\/a>\u5927\u91cf\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4fdd\u62a4\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u6768\u5bcc\u5f3a\u535a\u58eb\u8fd1\u65e5\u5728\u300a\u4eba\u6c11\u65e5\u62a5\uff08\u6d77\u5916\u7248\uff09\u300b\u7684\u4e00\u7bc7<a href=\"https:\/\/finance.people.com.cn\/n1\/2018\/1127\/c1004-30423816.html\">\u8bc4\u8bba<\/a>\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5fc5\u987b\u89e3\u51b3\u91cd\u5de5\u4e1a\u7684\u4ea7\u80fd\u8fc7\u5269\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8d22\u653f\u523a\u6fc0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u51e0\u5468\u524d\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u7a0b\u9662\u675c\u7965\u5b9b\u9662\u58eb\u76f4\u8a00\u4e0d\u8bb3\u5730\u63d0\u5230\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c34\u6ce5\u4ea7\u91cf\u5360\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u768460%\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u771f\u7684\u9700\u8981\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u6c34\u6ce5\u5417\uff1f&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u7b54\u6848\u663e\u7136\u662f\u5426\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u94a2\u6750\u3001\u6c34\u6ce5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5efa\u7b51\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e00\u5411\u90fd\u9760\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u9879\u76ee\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u8d44\u91d1\u6765\u6e90\u5e38\u5e38\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/1fe4e1e8-88b0-11e7-bf50-e1c239b45787\">\u5b9a\u671f\u6027\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u523a\u6fc0\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u8d1f\u503a\u3002\u4e0b\u9762\u8fd9\u5f20<a href=\"https:\/\/unearthed.greenpeace.org\/2018\/09\/21\/china-emissions-rise-2018\/\">\u56fe\u8868<\/a>\u6e05\u695a\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8fd9\u79cd\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u3001\u77f3\u6cb9\u3001\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u548c\u6c34\u6ce5\u751f\u4ea7\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u65b0\u8d37\u6b3e\u53d1\u653e\u540e\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599CO2\u6392\u653e\u548c\u4fe1\u8d37\u589e\u957f\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0812\u4e2a\u6708\u5c3e\u968f\u603b\u548c\uff09<br
