Nakhon province\uff09\u54c7\u6696\u5c3c\u8d8a\u90e1\uff08Wanon Niwat\uff09\u5f53\u5730\u5987\u5973\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u5c0f\u961f\u963b\u65ad\u4e86\u901a\u5f80\u5f53\u5730\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\u52d8\u63a2\u94bb\u4e95\u573a\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u56de\u5e94\uff0c\u660e\u8fbe\u94be\u76d0\uff08\u6cf0\u56fd\uff09\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08China Ming Ta Potash Corporation\uff09\u5bf9\u53c2\u4e0e\u6297\u8bae\u7684\u6751\u6c11\u63d0\u8d77\u4e86\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u8ffd\u507f\u635f\u5931\u989d\u9ad8\u8fbe3400\u4e07\u6cf0\u94e2\uff08\u7ea6\u5408100\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5373\u5c06\u79bb\u4efb\u7684\u6cf0\u56fd\u519b\u653f\u5e9c\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u4fee\u6539\u6cd5\u89c4\u3001\u652f\u6301\u56fd\u9645\u91c7\u77ff\u4f01\u4e1a\u800c\u5ffd\u7565\u672c\u56fd\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u6c11\u4f17\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u8fd8\u662f\u672a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img Sankham<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u94be\u78b1\uff1a\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e1c\u5317\u90e8\u7684\u5b9d\u85cf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5ec9\u4ef7\u5316\u80a5\u662f\u63a8\u52a8\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u4ea7\u91cf\u7684\u63d0\u5347\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u94be\u80a5\u6d88\u8d39\u56fd\u3002\u94be\u78b1\uff08\u53c8\u79f0\u78b3\u9178\u94be\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5bcc\u542b\u94be\u5143\u7d20\u7684\u76d0\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f5c\u7269\u4ea7\u91cf\u3001\u589e\u5f3a\u4f5c\u7269\u4fdd\u6c34\u6027\u548c\u6297\u75c5\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u6c11\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u94be\u80a5\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u81ea\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u548c\u767d\u7f57\u65af\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u53bb\u5e74\u94be\u78b1\u4ef7\u683c\u66b4\u6da8<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/timtreadgold\/2019\/03\/20\/strong-demand-from-farmers-for-crop-boosting-potash-triggers-a-mining-rush\/%23424b00854436\">\u8fd125%<\/a>\uff0c\u5c45\u9ad8\u4e0d\u4e0b\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u8ba9\u4e2d\u56fd\u51b3\u5b9a\u5bfb\u627e\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u66f4\u52a0\u5ec9\u4ef7\u7684\u94be\u78b1\u4f9b\u5e94\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u6b21\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c06\u76ee\u5149\u9501\u5b9a\u5728\u4e86\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e1c\u5317\u90e8\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u94be\u78b1\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u6a2a\u8de8\u5475\u53fb\u76c6\u5730\uff08Khorat Basin\uff09\u548c\u6c99\u529f\u90a3\u7a7a\u76c6\u5730\uff08Sakon Nakhon Basin\uff09\u4e24\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u77ff\u76d0\u751f\u4ea7\u57fa\u7840\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u5f3a\u70c8\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u73af\u4fdd\u95ee\u9898\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u6e90\u572820\u4e16\u7eaa70\u5e74\u4ee3\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u540e\u4e00\u76f4\u5904\u4e8e\u672a\u5f00\u53d1\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img Sankham<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2014\u5e74\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u519b\u961f\u53d1\u52a8\u653f\u53d8\u6210\u7acb\u519b\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u5e76\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c06\u52a0\u5927\u6cf0\u56fd\u77ff\u4ea7\u8d44\u6e90\u5f00\u91c7\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u501f\u6b64\u63a8\u52a8\u6cf0\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2015\u5e74\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thaiembassy.org\/permanentmission.geneva\/en\/news\/4749\/54486-Remarks-by-the-Deputy-Prime-Minister-M.R.-Pridiyat.html\">\u6cf0\u56fd\u526f\u603b\u7406\u6bd4\u8482\u8036\u901a&middot;\u5fb7\u74e6\u53e4\u53fb<\/a>\u5728\u4e00\u6b21\u5546\u4f1a\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff1a&ldquo;\u6cf0\u56fd\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\u50a8\u91cf\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u603b\u91cf\u7ea6\u4e3a4000\u4ebf\u5428\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u57fa\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u8fdb\u884c\u5546\u4e1a\u5f00\u53d1\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u652f\u6301\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\u5f00\u53d1\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\u4e5f\u662f\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u4f01\u4e2d\u56fd\u660e\u8fbe\u94be\u76d0\uff08\u6cf0\u56fd\uff09\u516c\u53f8\u83b7\u51c6\u5728\u6c99\u529f\u90a3\u7a7a\u5e9c12\u4e07\u83b1\uff08\u7ea6\u54081.92\u516c\u9877\uff09\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\u5f00\u91c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u83b7\u5f97\u4e30\u539a\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5229\u6da6\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8fd8\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\u51cf\u5c11\u94be\u78b1\u8fdb\u53e3\u4f9d\u8d56\u3002\u636e\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u6cf0\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u8fdb\u53e3\u7684\u94be\u78b1\u603b\u91cf\u572870\u4e07\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img Sankham<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u660e\u8fbe\u516c\u53f8\u7ecf\u7406\u963f\u6bd4\u67e5(Apichat Sayasiyot)\u8868\u793a\uff1a&ldquo;\u4e2d\u6cf0\u4e24\u56fd\u90fd\u5728\u79ef\u6781\u5bfb\u6c42\u65b0\u7684\u94be\u78b1\u4f9b\u5e94\u6e90\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u501f\u6b64\u964d\u4f4e\u8fdb\u53e3\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u6210\u672c\u3002\u6cf0\u56fd\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u94be\u78b1\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9700\u8981\u4e2d\u65b9\u5e2e\u52a9\u624d\u80fd\u5f00\u91c7\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u8bf4\u8fd9\u9879\u5408\u4f5c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u6cf0\u4e24\u56fd\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u53cc\u8d62\u7684\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6050\u60e7\u4e0e\u6124\u6012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6c99\u529f\u90a3\u7a7a\u5e9c\u54c7\u6696\u5c3c\u8d8a\u90e1\u7684\u519c\u6751\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u94be\u78b1\u77ff\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u4ece\u6700\u521d\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u6124\u6012\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u5b98\u5458\u4ece\u6ca1\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u544a\u77e582\u4e2a\u6751\u7684\u6751\u6c11\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5bb6\u73b0\u5728\u88ab\u5212\u5728\u4e86\u77ff\u533a\u91cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u739b\u4e3d \u6851\u666e\u65af\u745e\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d50\u5c81\u7684\u5f53\u5730\u519c\u6c11\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a4\u5c81\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u7956\u6bcd\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u5f53\u5730\u53cd\u77ff\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u3002\u5979\u6307\u51fa\uff1a&ldquo;\u8fd9\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u94bb\u63a2\u573a\u8fdb\u884c\u52d8\u63a2\u4e86\uff0c\u800c\u8eab\u5904\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u6211\u4eec\u5374\u5bf9\u6b64\u4e00\u65e0\u6240\u77e5\u3002&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><img Sarakham\uff09\u6bcd\u62c9\u5deb\u90e1\uff08Borabue\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u5ca9\u76d0\u4f5c\u4e1a\u5c31\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u73af\u5883\u707e\u96be\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u571f\u58e4\u548c\u6c34\u6e90\u540c\u65f6\u53d7\u5230\u76d0\u5206\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u6700\u7ec8\u51b3\u5b9a\u7981\u6b62\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u76d0\u7c7b\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5f53\u5730\u73af\u5883\u6062\u590d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ecd\u5728\u7ee7\u7eed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6765\u81ea\u793e\u533a\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4f30\u6240\uff08Community-led Impact Assessment Institute\uff09\u7684\u6851\u84ec\uff08Sompon Phenkham\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5438\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u76d0\u5c18\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7edf\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u77ff\u4e95\u7070\u5c18\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u542b\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u6210\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
