href=\"https:\/\/oglobo.globo.com\/economia\/china-deve-dar-novo-folego-ao-mercado-de-etanol-23276027\">10%\u7684\u4e59\u9187<\/a>\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u63aa\u5c06\u5bf9\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6d88\u8d39\u4ea7\u751f\u6df1\u8fdc\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5728\u5168\u7403\u4ec5\u6b21\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u8be5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u9971\u53d7\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/br.reuters.com\/article\/businessNews\/idBRKBN1AR28X-OBRBS\">\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56<\/a>\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u71c3\u6599\u4ef7\u683c\u7684\u51b2\u51fb\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6f5c\u529b\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5176\u5e0c\u671b\u6240\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e745\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u5df4\u4e24\u56fd\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u5df4\u897f\u5411\u4e16\u754c\u8d38\u6613\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08WTO\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u6709\u5173\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u7cd6\u52a0\u5f81\u5173\u7a0e\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/economia\/agronegocios\/noticia\/2018\/09\/21\/brasil-vai-a-omc-contra-tarifas-chinesas-a-importacao-de-acucar.ghtml\">\u7533\u8bc9<\/a>\uff0c\u4e3a\u6269\u5927\u8fdb\u53e3\u94fa\u5e73\u9053\u8def\u3002\u5df4\u897f\u519c\u6c11<a href=\"https:\/\/revistagloborural.globo.com\/Noticias\/Agricultura\/Cana\/noticia\/2019\/05\/globo-rural-unica-diz-que-acordo-com-china-e-importante-e-espera-incremento-da-exportacao.html\">\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b<\/a>\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u80fd\u4e3a\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5df4\u897f\u4e59\u9187\u6253\u5f00\u5927\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u73af\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u4e50\u89c2\u5730\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c7d\u6cb9\u4e2d\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e59\u9187\u5c06 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xinhuanet.com\/english\/2019-03\/04\/c_137868355.htm\">\u51cf\u5c11<\/a>\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u5176\u5b83\u5f71\u54cd\u6301\u8c28\u614e\u6001\u5ea6\u3002\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u4ea7\u4e1a\u9700\u8981\u5927\u9762\u79ef\u79cd\u690d\u7389\u7c73\u548c\u7518\u8517\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7834\u574f\u68ee\u6797\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u8fd9\u662f\u7528\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u53bb\u6362\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u2014\u2014\u68ee\u6797\u7834\u574f\uff0c\u201d\u4e16\u754c\u81ea\u7136\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u5206\u6790\u5458\u91cc\u5361\u591a\u00b7\u6731\u594e\u62c9 \u00b7\u85e4\u4e95\u5982\u662f\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8fd8\u8bf4\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u4e0d\u727a\u7272\u7cae\u98df\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5c06\u4f4e\u78b3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u6f5c\u529b\u589e\u52a0\u4e00\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u85e4\u4e95\u8bf4\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u4e3a\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u4e1b\u6797\u3001\u585e\u62c9\u591a\u4fdd\u62a4\u533a\u548c\u8be5\u56fd\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\u7684\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u5236\u5b9a\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u66f4\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u71c3\u6599<\/h2>\n<p>2017\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u914d\u989d\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5176\u5151\u73b0\u300a\u5df4\u9ece\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6d88\u8017\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u4f0a\u591a\u00b7\u7ecd\u5c14\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6dfb\u52a0\u5b83\uff08\u4e59\u9187\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u71c3\u6599\u4e2d\u7684\u8f9b\u70f7\u503c\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u884c\u9a76\u91cc\u7a0b\u3002\u5b83\u907f\u514d\u4f7f\u7528\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u94c5\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11\u5168\u7403\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u79cd\u690d\u751f\u4ea7\u4e59\u9187\u7684\u4f5c\u7269\u5c06\u5f15\u53d1\u571f\u5730\u7528\u9014\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u662f\u5df4\u897f\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbonbrief.org\/the-carbon-brief-profile-brazil\">\u4e3b\u8981\u6392\u653e\u6e90<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2009\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u63a8\u884c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.embrapa.br\/busca-de-solucoes-tecnologicas\/-\/produto-servico\/1249\/zoneamento-agroecologico-da-cana-de-acucar\">\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u6001\u7518\u8517\u5206\u533a<\/a>\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u7518\u8517\u7530\u4fb5\u5360\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u571f\u5730\u6216\u539f\u751f\u690d\u88ab\u533a\u57df\u3002\u7518\u8517\u53ea\u80fd\u79cd\u5728\u9000\u5316\u7684\u7267\u573a\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u7acb\u6cd5\u673a\u6784\u4e2d\u7684\u519c\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u4f01\u4e1a\u56e2\u4f53\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u6539\u53d8\u8fd9\u9879\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/proposicoesWeb\/fichadetramitacao?idProposicao=493685\">2017\u5e74<\/a>\uff0c\u53c2\u8bae\u5458\u798f\u83b1\u514b\u65af\u00b7\u91cc\u8d1d\u7f57\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u8981\u5728\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u5730\u533a\u7684\u585e\u62c9\u591a\u8349\u539f\u5f00\u57a6\u571f\u5730\u3002\u73af\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u519c\u6c11\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u6d3b\u52a8\u6700\u7ec8\u4f7f\u8be5\u63d0\u6848\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u88ab\u6401\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63d0\u6848\u4e2d\u5212\u5b9a\u7528\u6765\u6269\u5927\u7518\u8517\u79cd\u690d\u7684\u533a\u57df\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f4d\u4e8e\u585e\u62c9\u591a\u3002\u8fd9\u7247\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u9a6c\u6258\u76ae\u5df4\u7684\u5730\u533a\u6a2a\u8de8\u9a6c\u5170\u8c6a\u5dde\u3001\u6258\u574e\u5ef7\u65af\u5dde\u3001\u76ae\u5965\u4f0a\u5dde\u548c\u5df4\u4f0a\u4e9a\u5dde\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d7\u5230<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/25882-tracking-chinas-soy-footprint-in-brazil\/?lang=pt-br\">\u5927\u8c46\u79cd\u690d\u6269\u5f20<\/a>\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u4e00\u8fb9\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u8ddf\u4e0a\u4e8b\u6001\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u4ecd\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5b9e\u65bd\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2014\u5e74\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u653f\u5e9c\u5f00\u59cb\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e00\u9879\u519c\u6751\u73af\u5883\u767b\u8bb0\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u8ba9\u519c\u6c11\u767b\u8bb0\u5176\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u6267\u6cd5\u90e8\u95e8\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u8ffd\u8e2a\u79c1\u6709\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u780d\u4f10\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u4f46\u4e94\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u519c\u573a\u4ecd\u672a\u767b\u8bb0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u85e4\u4e95\u8bf4:\u201c\u519c\u6751\u73af\u5883\u767b\u8bb0\u7684\u6700\u540e\u671f\u9650\u88ab\u63a8\u8fdf\u4e86\u597d\u51e0\u6b21\uff0c\u519c\u6c11\u9075\u7167\u73af\u5883\u89c4\u8303\u5316\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u5c31\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u73af\u5883\u98ce\u9669\u63d0\u4ea4\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5b9e\u9645\u8fd9\u6837\u6267\u884c\u7684\u5f88\u5c11\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\u8fd8\u6709\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u4e0a\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u673a\u68b0\u5316\u7684\u6536\u83b7\u65b9\u5f0f\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u7518\u8517\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u7684\u5974\u5de5\uff0c\u4f46\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u519c\u6751\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5931\u4e1a\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cepea.esalq.usp.br\/upload\/kceditor\/files\/MERCADODETRABALHO_EDICAOESPECIAL_N2(2).pdf\">\u6839\u636e<\/a>\u5723\u4fdd\u7f57\u5927\u5b66\u5e94\u7528\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u9ad8\u7ea7\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CEPEA\uff09\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5df4\u897f\u7518\u8517\u751f\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u96c7\u5458\u7ea6\u4e3a75\u4e07\u4eba\uff0c\u6bd42008\u5e74\u767b\u8bb0\u76841283258\u540d\u6b63\u5f0f\u5de5\u4eba\u9510\u51cf\u4e8642%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u5df4\u897f\u7518\u8517\u4ea7\u4e1a\u534f\u4f1a\uff08UNICA\uff09\u6267\u884c\u4e3b\u4efb\u7231\u5fb7\u534e\u591a\u00b7\u52d2\u5965\u5bf9\u201c\u4e2d\u62c9\u5bf9\u8bdd\u201d\u8bf4\uff0c\u7518\u8517\u751f\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca\u662f\u4e0d\u5bb9\u5426\u8ba4\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u7518\u8517\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u4e1a\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u548c\u6536\u5165\u6765\u6e90\u3002\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u8bbe\u6709\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u5e74\u4eba\u5747\u6536\u5165\u589e\u5e45\u57281000\u7f8e\u5143\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>\u7ed9\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u673a\u9047<\/h2>\n<p>\u5e02\u573a\u6570\u636e\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546<a Markit<\/a>\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0b\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u6d88\u8d39\u91cf\u6709\u671b\u8fbe\u5230\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadailyhk.com\/articles\/134\/88\/39\/1560747200943.html\">1500\u4e07\u5428<\/a>\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u529b\u7ea6\u4e3a\u6bcf\u5e74300\u4e07\u5428\uff0c\u52302020\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8fbe\u5230500\u4e07\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5c31\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ea61000\u4e07\u5428\u7684\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5df4\u897f\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u6210\u4e3a\u5934\u53f7\u4f9b\u5e94\u56fd\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u672c\u5c31\u662f\u5df4\u897f\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u540e\u80052018\/2019\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u56fd\u5185\u4e59\u9187\u751f\u4ea7\u91cf\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agricultura.gov.br\/noticias\/conab-confirma-recorde-na-producao-brasileira-de-etanol-com-33-58-bilhoes-de-litros\">\u7ea6\u4e3a<\/a>3310\u4e07\u5428\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5df4\u897f\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u963f\u56fe\u5c14\u00b7\u96c5\u8d1d\u00b7\u7c73\u62c9\u5185\u5179\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u524d\u666f\u65e0\u9650\u5149\u660e\u3002\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u5df4\u897f\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u6253\u5f00\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u4e59\u9187\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u770b\u6765\u73b0\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u52aa\u529b\u594f\u6548\u4e86\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u5df4\u897f\u8fd8\u80fd\u79cd\u690d\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u4f5c\u7269\uff0c\u5c06\u4f20\u7edf\u7528\u4e8e\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u7389\u7c73\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7518\u8517\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u56fd\u7389\u7c73\u4e59\u9187\u8054\u76df\uff08UNEM\uff09\u4e3b\u5e2d\u91cc\u5361\u591a\u00b7\u6258\u59c6\u8328\u514b\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u884c\u4e1a\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u9a6c\u6258\u683c\u7f57\u7d22\u5dde\u548c\u6208\u4e9a\u65af\u5dde\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e9b\u65e2\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u7389\u7c73\u53c8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u7518\u8517\u4f5c\u4e3a\u539f\u6599\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u5de5\u5382\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6258\u59c6\u8328\u514b\u8fd8\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6b63\u5728\u51c6\u5907\u5229\u7528\u8fdb\u53e3\u539f\u6599\u81ea\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u4e59\u9187\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u529b\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u4e3a\u5df4\u897f\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7cae\u98df\u8fd8\u662f\u71c3\u6599<\/h2>\n<p>\u5341\u5e74\u524d\u4e00\u80a1\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u70ed\u6f6e\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u7cae\u4ef7<a
