href=\"https:\/\/www.ndb.int\/\">\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c<\/a>\uff08NDB\uff09\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e2014\u5e74\uff0c\u5176\u7406\u5ff5\u662f\u6700\u7ec8\u6253\u7834\u7531\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u521b\u5efa\u3001\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u8d27\u5e01\u57fa\u91d1\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08IMF\uff09\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\uff08WB\uff09\u4e3a\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u878d\u8d44\u7ed3\u6784\u9738\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u5373\u201c\u91d1\u7816\u94f6\u884c\u201d\uff0c\u7531\u65b0\u5174\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\uff08\u5df4\u897f\u3001\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u540e\u6765\u7684\u5357\u975e\uff09\u6784\u6210\u7684\u201c\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u201d\u521b\u5efa\u3002\u672c\u5468\uff0c\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/brics2019.itamaraty.gov.br\/en\/brasilia-summit\/basic-information\">\u5df4\u897f\u5229\u4e9a<\/a>\u5e86\u795d\u6210\u7acb10\u5468\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u662f\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e3a\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u3002\u8be5\u884c\u5c06\u5728\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u72ec\u6811\u4e00\u5e1c\uff0c\u5e76\u627f\u8bfa\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u7684\u6210\u5458\u4ec5\u6709\u5176\u521b\u59cb\u56fd\uff1b\u89c2\u5bdf\u4eba\u58eb\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5b83\u9009\u62e9\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u6807\u51c6<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/9547-vague-new-development-bank-must-clarify-its-lending-policies\/\">\u5e76\u4e0d\u6e05\u6670<\/a>\uff1b\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u516c\u8def\u9879\u76ee\u4e5f\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/25543-ndb-slow-to-deliver-on-promises\/\">\u201c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u201d\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u771f\u6b63\u4e86\u89e3\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4f1a\u8fd9\u6837\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e3a\u4f55\u521b\u7acb\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>2012\u5e74\uff0c\u5370\u5ea6\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5efa\u7acb\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u5546\u8ba8\u3002\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e24\u5e74\u7684\u8c08\u5224\uff0c2014\u5e74\uff0c\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u5728\u5df4\u897f\u798f\u5854\u83b1\u8428\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u5cf0\u4f1a\u4e0a\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5230\u8fd9\u65f6\uff0c\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u7740\u7405\u7405\u4e0a\u53e3\u7684\u9996\u5b57\u6bcd\u7f29\u5199\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u96c6\u56e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u96c6\u56e2\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5305\u62ec\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u53e3\u3001\u571f\u5730\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e94\u4e2a\u65b0\u5174\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5357\u975e\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6807\u51c6\u503c\u5f97\u5546\u69b7\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u662f\u975e\u6d32\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u9996\u4efb\u5df4\u897f\u7c4d\u526f\u884c\u957f\u5c0f\u4fdd\u7f57\u00b7\u8bfa\u76d6\u62c9\u00b7\u5df4\u8482\u65af\u5854\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u65e8\u5728\u89e3\u51b3\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u5728\u4fe1\u8d37\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5efa\u8bbe\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u7b79\u63aa\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5982\u8bfa\u76d6\u62c9\u5728\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com.br\/Brasil-n%25C3%25A3o-cabe-quintal-ningu%25C3%25A9m\/dp\/8577346838\">\u5df4\u897f\u4e0d\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u7684\u540e\u9662<\/a>\u300b\u4e00\u4e66\u4e2d\u6240\u5199\u7684\uff0c\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u5f88\u5927\u80c6\uff1a\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u5bb6\u94f6\u884c\uff0c\u6311\u6218\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u5728\u4e8c\u6218\u540e\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u5168\u7403\u53d1\u5c55\u91d1\u878d\u67b6\u6784\uff0c\u5373<a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/b\/brettonwoodsagreement.asp\">\u5e03\u96f7\u987f\u68ee\u6797\u4f53\u7cfb<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u5c06\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e9b\u91d1\u878d\u673a\u6784\u6240\u72af\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u9519\u8bef\u4e2d\u5438\u53d6\u6559\u8bad\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u8ba4\u4e3a\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u4eba\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u671f\u671b\u200b<br \/>\n\u8fc7\u9ad8\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u63a2\u7d22\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u9053\u8def\u3002\u5982\u679c\u90a3\u4e9b\u673a\u6784\u66f4\u5177\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u4e0d\u7528\u8fd9\u4e48\u505a\u4e86\uff0c\u201d\u8bfa\u76d6\u62c9\u5982\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ed6\u6307\u7684\u662f\u5e03\u96f7\u987f\u68ee\u6797\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u51e0\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u8fbe\u4e86\u5bf9IMF\u9009\u62e9\u53e6\u4e00\u4f4d\u6b27\u6d32\u603b\u88c1\u62c9\u52a0\u5fb7\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-imf\/brics-call-for-end-of-european-dominance-at-imf-idUSTRE74M5TY20110524\">\u4e0d\u6ee1<\/a>\u3002\u91d1\u7816\u56fd\u5bb6\u57282014\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u65f6\uff0c\u66fe\u5bf9IMF\u6ca1\u6709\u5b9e\u65bd\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u8d4b\u4e88\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u66f4\u591a\u51b3\u7b56\u6743\u63d0\u51fa\u8fc7\u660e\u786e\u6279\u8bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itamaraty.gov.br\/en\/press-releases\/5705-vi-brics-summit-fortaleza-declaration-july-15-2014\">\u58f0\u660e<\/a>\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c2010\u5e74IMF\u6539\u9769\u65b9\u6848\u76ee\u524d\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u843d\u5b9e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4ecd\u5bf9\u6b64\u611f\u5230\u5931\u671b\u548c\u4e25\u91cd\u5173\u5207\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9IMF\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u4fe1\u5ea6\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u90fd\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u6b22\u8fce\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u5411\u94f6\u884c\u501f\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u62e5\u6709\u8d85\u8fc720%\u7684\u6295\u7968\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u57282014\u5e74\u65f6\u5019\u770b\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u60f3\u6cd5\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u9b44\u529b\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u66f4\u6fc0\u8fdb\u7684\u89c2\u5bdf\u4eba\u58eb\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c<a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/world-bank-watch-out-the-brics-bank-is-a-game-changer-29437\">\u53ef\u80fd\u6311\u6218<\/a>\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u6743\u529b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6311\u6218\u7f8e\u5143<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/realspin\/2014\/12\/22\/brics-new-development-bank-threatens-hegemony-of-u-s-dollar\/#124f42737f89\">\u9738\u6743<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u54ea\u4e9b\u6210\u5c31\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u56fd\u60c5\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\u3001\u76f8\u8ddd\u9065\u8fdc\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u96c6\u56e2\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u4e0d\u5c0f\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u51e0\u5341\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5e0c\u671b\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u6210\u5458\u2014\u2014\u5c3d\u7ba1\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u52a0\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u975e\u540c\u5c0f\u53ef\uff0c\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/finance-and-economics\/2018\/09\/29\/the-beleaguered-brics-can-be-proud-of-their-bank\">\u501f\u6b3e\u56fd<\/a>\u4e0d\u53d7\u7f8e\u5143\u8d70\u5f3a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5176\u521b\u529e\u7279\u8272\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u521b\u65b0\u662f\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u5728\u5c0a\u91cd\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u81ea\u8eab\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u501f\u6b3e\u8005\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7b26\u5408\u73af\u5883\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u6807\u51c6<a
