Down\uff09\u7684\u4e13\u9898\u62a5\u544a\u51dd\u7ed3\u4e86\u4e09\u5e74\u6765\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u7814\u7a76\u5404\u5927\u6c34\u7535\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u7ee9\u6548\u6240\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u8bbf\u8c08\u548c\u5b9e\u5730\u8003\u5bdf\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u7740\u91cd\u5173\u6ce8\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u6709\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u7ee9\u6548\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f01\u4e1a\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u4e3a\u6b62\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u5927\u578b\u6c34\u575d\u3002\u62a5\u544a\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u3001\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u548c\u975e\u6d32\u7684\u4e03\u4e2a\u65d7\u8230\u6c34\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6df1\u5165\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u4e3b\u8981\u53d1\u73b0\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f01\u4e1a\u65e2\u6ca1\u6709\u9075\u5b88\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u575a\u6301\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\u96c6\u56e2\u4e0b\u5c5e\u56fd\u5bb6\u91d1\u878d\u516c\u53f8\uff08IFC\uff09\u7684\u90a3\u4e9b\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e8e\u4e1c\u9053\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8f83\u4e3a\u5bbd\u677e\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u751a\u81f3\u65e0\u6cd5\u786e\u4fdd\u9075\u5b88\u5f53\u5730\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u8003\u5bdf\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5927\u575d\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u6295\u5efa\u524d\u62ab\u9732\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u73af\u5883\u5f71\u54cd\u8bc4\u4f30\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u3002\u800c\u5728\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/11126-Sustaining-the-heartbeat-of-the-Mekong-Basin\">\u6851\u6cb3\u4e8c\u7ea7\u6c34\u7535\u7ad9<\/a>\uff08Lower Sesan 2\uff09\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u571f\u8457\u5c45\u6c11\u88ab\u975e\u81ea\u613f\u5730\u642c\u8fc1\u5b89\u7f6e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u516c\u53f8\uff08IFC\uff09\u6807\u51c6\u548c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u73af\u5883\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u5236\u5ea6\u4e2d\u8d4b\u4e88\u5f53\u5730\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u4e8b\u5148\u548c\u77e5\u60c5\u540c\u610f\u7684\u6743\u5229\u6709\u6240\u62b5\u89e6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u7684\u9891\u7e41\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u95ee\u9898\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u804c\u6743\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8bf4\u6cd5\u7ed9\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7279\u5b9a\u7c7b\u578b\u5408\u540c\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u9879\u76ee\u627f\u5305\u5efa\u8bbe\u5408\u540c\uff09\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e00\u4e2a\u9003\u907f\u73af\u5883\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u7406\u7531\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u771f\u6b63\u6709\u96c4\u5fc3\u548c\u9b44\u529b\u53d1\u6325\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u519b\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u79ef\u6781\u786e\u4fdd\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u73af\u5883\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img Zarca\uff09\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u8bbe\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5f53\u65f6\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5f53\u5730\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u6301\u7eed\u4e0d\u65ad\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6297\u8bae\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u800c\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9879\u76ee\u672c\u8eab\u4e5f\u5bf9\u571f\u8457\u5c45\u6c11\u793e\u533a\u4f1a\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u591a\u91cd\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0e<a C&aacute;ceres\u57282016\u5e74\u88ab\u6740<\/a>\u8eab\u4ea1\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2019\u5e745\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u957f\u6c5f\u4e09\u5ce1\u96c6\u56e2\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e0d\u53c2\u52a0\u5766\u6851\u5c3c\u4e9a\u65af\u8482\u683c\u52d2\u5ce1\u8c37\u5927\u575d\u7684\u7ade\u6807\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u6210\u540e\u4f1a\u6df9\u6ca1\u4e0b\u6e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u6816\u606f\u5730\u548c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u9057\u4ea7\u6240\u5728\u5730\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73af\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u6210\u529f\u53ea\u662f\u77ed\u6682\u7684\u3002\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c34\u7535\u5efa\u8bbe\u96c6\u56e2\uff08Sinohydro\uff09\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u603b\u989d9.69\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u5408\u540c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c34\u7535\u5efa\u8bbe\u96c6\u56e2\u8fd8\u56e0\u53c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u8bbe\u53e6\u5916\u4e24\u4e2a\u6c34\u7535\u9879\u76ee\u800c\u9677\u5165\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c34\u7535\u5927\u575d\u9879\u76ee\u4f4d\u4e8e\u51e0\u5185\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u516c\u56ed\u5185\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f41500\u53ea\u5927\u7329\u7329\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u662f\u5728\u5370\u5c3c\u82cf\u95e8\u7b54\u814a\u5c9b\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadialogue.net\/article\/show\/single\/ch\/11142-Orangutan-species-at-risk-of-extinction-after-legal-challenge-fails\">\u5df4\u4e39\u6258\u9c81\u5927\u575d<\/a>\uff08Batang Toru
