href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-018-03406-6\">\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf<\/a>\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5168\u7403\u70ed\u5e26\u6ce5\u70ad\u68ee\u6797\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u5e03\u4e8e\u6c14\u5019\u6e29\u6696\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5438\u6536\u5927\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\uff0c\u5c06\u5176\u50a8\u5b58\u5728\u6ce5\u70ad\u4e2d\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5927\u6c14\u4e2d\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u6d53\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u81ea\u4e0a\u4e16\u7eaa90\u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u88ab\u5927\u91cf\u7834\u574f\u8f6c\u5316\u6210\u519c\u4e1a\u7528\u5730\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u6765<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/news\/2019\/feb\/19\/palm-oil-ingredient-biscuits-shampoo-environmental\">\u751f\u4ea7\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9<\/a>\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u79cd\u7528\u4e8e\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u548c\u751f\u7269\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u5ec9\u4ef7\u690d\u7269\u6cb9\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6cb9\u68d5\u65e0\u6cd5\u5728\u6f6e\u6e7f\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u4e3b\u4f1a\u5c06\u6cbc\u6cfd\u91cc\u7684\u690d\u88ab\u6e05\u7406\u5e72\u51c0\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u62bd\u5e72\u6c34\u5206\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5176\u9762\u76ee\u5168\u975e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-020-14298-w\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u7a76<\/a>\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u5171\u6709300\u4e07\u516c\u9877\u7684\u70ed\u5e26\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u68ee\u6797\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u60a8\u9605\u8bfb\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u523b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4ecd\u6709\u65b0\u7684\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u68ee\u6797\u6b63\u5728\u4ee5<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-019-09646-4\">\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u88ab\u6e05\u7406\u5e72\u51c0<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5341\u5206\u4e25\u5cfb\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u65e6\u6cbc\u6cfd\u88ab\u62bd\u5e72\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u50a8\u5b58\u7684\u6ce5\u70ad\u5c31\u4f1a\u8fc5\u901f\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-020-14298-w\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5bf9<\/a>\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u68ee\u6797\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5982\u4f55\u589e\u52a0\u5168\u7403\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u5730\u533a\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u68ee\u6797\u6539\u9020\u4e3a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5360\u5168\u7403\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u76840.8%\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/clima\/policies\/transport\/aviation_en\">\u5168\u7403\u822a\u7a7a\u6392\u653e\u91cf<\/a>\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5317\u96ea\u5170\u83aa\u5dde\u7684\u6cbc\u6cfd\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5b9e\u5730\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u6cbc\u6cfd\u53d8\u4e3a\u4eba\u5de5\u6797\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4e0d\u540c\u9636\u6bb5\u6240\u91ca\u653e\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u603b\u91cf\u548c\u7c7b\u578b\u3002\u641e\u6e05\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6709\u4e9b\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u8981\u5927\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u7ec6\u83cc\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u4e8c\u6c2e\u7684\u7834\u574f\u529b\u662f\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u8fd1<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/site\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/02\/WG1AR5_Chapter08_FINAL.pdf\">300\u500d<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6536\u96c6\u4e86\u6d4b\u91cf\u503c\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u536b\u661f\u6570\u636e\u6765\u8ba1\u7b97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u5728\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u4e2d\u7684\u5360\u6bd4\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u6ce5\u70ad\u5730\u4e0a\u5f00\u8f9f\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u5360\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u603b\u91cf\u768416.6\uff05\u81f327.9\uff05\uff0c\u5360<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipcc.ch\/report\/ar4\/syr\/\">\u5168\u7403\u5e74\u6392\u653e\u91cf<\/a>\u76840.44\uff05\u81f30.74\uff05\u3002\u6539\u53d8\u6ce5\u70ad\u6cbc\u6cfd\u68ee\u6797\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4f7f\u7528\u653f\u7b56\u5bf9\u51cf\u5c11\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u571f\u5730\u8f6c\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u54ea\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u4f1a\u91ca\u653e\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u6b64\u524d\u6211\u4eec\u672a\u77e5\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6392\u653e\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u662f\u79cd\u690d\u4e86\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u5e7c\u82d7\u7684\u65b0\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\uff085\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u662f\u6210\u719f\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u7684\u4e24\u500d\u591a\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u571f\u5730\u521a\u521a\u4ece\u6cbc\u6cfd\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u8015\u5730\uff0c\u571f\u58e4\u91cc\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u53ef\u4f9b\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u517b\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u65e6\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u83b7\u53d6\u7684\u517b\u5206\u548c\u78b3\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u6389\uff0c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u53ef\u83b7\u53d6\u7684\u517b\u5206\u5c31\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\uff0c\u8f6c\u5316\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u4e5f\u5c31\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5e74\u5934\u8f83\u957f\u7684\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u51c6\u786e\u91cf\u5316\u68ee\u6797\u780d\u4f10\u548c\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u6d4b\u91cf\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u6574\u4e2a\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9519\u8fc7\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c06\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u68ee\u6797\u8f6c\u53d8\u4e3a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8d85\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/clima\/policies\/transport\/aviation_en\">\u5168\u7403\u822a\u7a7a\u4e1a\u7684\u6392\u653e<\/a>\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u4e89\u5206\u593a\u79d2\u5730\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d8\u6696\uff0c\u800c\u7981\u6b62\u5728\u70ed\u5e26\u6ce5\u70ad\u5730\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u53d1\u5c55\u519c\u4e1a\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u8fd9\u5e76\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\u3002\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u68ee\u6797\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4eba\u4eec\u5927\u591a\u8d2b\u56f0\uff0c\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u4e25\u5cfb\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u79cd\u690d\u56ed\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6536\u5165\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u6cbc\u6cfd\u88ab\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u91cd\u65b0<a
