href=\"https:\/\/www.pna.gov.ph\/articles\/1220284#:~:text=%E2%80%9CThe%20Philippines%20ranked%20fourth%20globally,deputy%20director%20Mathilde%20Menard%20said.\">\u7b2c\u56db<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u8fdb\u5c55\u53ef\u559c\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u4ecd\u5728\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u80fd\u6e90\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5360\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\u30022022\u5e74\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u4ec5<a href=\"https:\/\/doe.gov.ph\/sites\/default\/files\/pdf\/e_ipo\/01%20Power%20Situation%20and%20Outlook.pdf?withshield=1\">\u5360<\/a>\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u768429.3%\uff0c\u800c<a href=\"https:\/\/doe.gov.ph\/pep\">\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u80fd\u6e90\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u52302040\u5e74\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e00\u6bd4\u4f8b\u63d0\u9ad8\u523035%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u526f\u90e8\u957f\u7f57\u5a01\u5a1c\u00b7\u514b\u91cc\u65af\u8482\u5a1c\u00b7\u683c\u74e6\u62c9\uff08Rowena Cristina Guevara\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u201c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u201d\u3002\u5979\u544a\u8bc9\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u201c\u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u989d\u5916\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6765\u8bf4\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u65b0\u7684\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u5982\u6d77\u4e0a\u98ce\u7535\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u201d\u3002\u683c\u74e6\u62c9\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u6210\u529f\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec27\u4e2a\u98ce\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u603b\u6f5c\u5728\u5bb9\u91cf8.9\u5409\u74e6\uff09\uff0c5\u4e2a\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u603b\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a575\u5146\u74e6\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u4e2a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6295\u8fd0\u76843\u5146\u74e6\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u653f\u5e9c\u7ee7\u7eed\u7528\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u5438\u5f15\u5916\u56fd\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4f46\u6c14\u5019\u6d3b\u52a8\u4eba\u58eb\u548c\u6743\u5229\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8868\u793a\u62c5\u5fc3\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u5206\u914d\u4f1a\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u80fd\u4ece\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u5417\">\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u80fd\u4ece\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u4e2d\u53d7\u76ca\u5417\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5916\u8d44\u6fc0\u589e\u8ba9\u4eba\u4e0d\u7981\u8981\u95ee\uff0c\u8d44\u672c\u7684\u6d8c\u5165\u4f1a\u7ed9\u666e\u901a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u5e26\u6765\u600e\u6837\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u653f\u5e9c\u9f13\u52b1\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u5f88\u5c11\u8c08\u53ca\u8fd9\u4e9b\u597d\u5904\u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u60e0\u53ca\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u5438\u5f15\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u8d22\u653f\u6fc0\u52b1\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u5f97\u7a0e\u514d\u7a0e\u671f\u3001\u514d\u7a0e\u8fdb\u53e3\u548c\u96f6\u589e\u503c\u7a0e\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u8fd8\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u975e\u8d22\u653f\u4e3e\u63aa\uff0c\u5982<a href=\"https:\/\/conventuslaw.com\/report\/philippines-the-renewable-portfolio-standards-rps\/\">\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff08RE\uff09\u7ec4\u5408\u6807\u51c6<\/a>\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u7535\u529b\u8981\u6709\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6765\u81ea\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u88c5\u673a\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/doe.gov.ph\/geap\">\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u62cd\u5356\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u3002\u683c\u74e6\u62c9\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e3e\u63aa\u57282022\u5e74\u521b\u9020\u4e8636\u4e07\u4e2a\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u8377\u5170\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u548c\u4e39\u9ea6\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-\u5bf9\u5916\u56fd\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\">\u5bf9\u5916\u56fd\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u77e5\u540d\u4eba\u58eb\u5bf9\u5916\u8d44\u5b8c\u5168\u62e5\u6709\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u8868\u793a\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002\u524d\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5927\u6cd5\u5b98\u5b89\u4e1c\u5c3c\u5965\u00b7\u5361\u76ae\u5965\uff08Antonio Carpio\uff09<a href=\"https:\/\/newsinfo.inquirer.net\/1911781\/2-ex-justices-air-views-on-100-foreign-ownership\">\u8ba4\u4e3a<\/a>\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5916\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e92\u60e0\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5b8c\u5168\u63a7\u5236\u5173\u952e\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u4f1a\u4f7f\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u5904\u4e8e\u4e0d\u5229\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u4ed6\u5efa\u8bae\u50cf\u300a\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52a1\u6cd5\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u5728\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u4e92\u60e0\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u6295\u8d44\u56fd\u83b7\u5f97\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u201c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u548c\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u90fd\u662f\u516c\u5e73\u548c\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u3002\u201d\u4ed6\u544a\u8bc9\u300a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6bcf\u65e5\u95ee\u8be2\u8005\u62a5\u300b\uff08Philippine Daily Enquirer\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5361\u76ae\u5965\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u4e0e\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6c11\u65cf\u4e3b\u4e49\u56e2\u4f53\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coursehero.com\/file\/134905560\/Resurgence-of-Filipino-Nationalismdocx\/\">\u957f\u671f\u62c5\u5fe7<\/a>\u76f8\u547c\u5e94\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u62c5\u5fc3\u4e0d\u5bf9\u5916\u56fd\u6240\u6709\u6743\u8bbe\u9650\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u7b49\u6218\u7565\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4fb5\u8680\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u6743\uff0c\u4f7f\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5916\u90e8\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/zh\/4\/107037\/\">\u627f\u8bfa<\/a>\u4e3a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u6295\u8d44140\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u540e\u518d\u6ca1\u6709\u4e0b\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u4fee\u6539\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5baa\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u884c\u5baa\u6cd5\uff0c\u5185\u8d44\u548c\u5916\u8d44\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6743\u5206\u914d\u6bd4\u4f8b\u81f3\u5c11\u4e3a60%\uff1a40%\uff0c\u5185\u8d44\u5360\u4e3b\u5bfc\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u80fd\u6e90\u5728\u5185\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u884c\u4e1a\u5374\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u4e00\u4e9b\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u6765\u7ed5\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e00\u9650\u5236\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u7531\u6b64\u5bf9\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u6539\u9769\u5baa\u6cd5\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rappler.com\/philippines\/how-philippine-economy-opened-up-world-without-charter-change\/\">\u8d28\u7591<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u8fdb\u6b65\u56e2\u4f53\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/C3-FvFgvA36\/\">\u6297\u8bae<\/a>\u5bf9\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u653e\u5bbd\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u79f0\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u9053\u8def\u201c\u4e0d\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5baa\u6cd5\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u571f\u5730\u6539\u9769\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u683c\u74e6\u62c9\u8bd5\u56fe\u7f13\u89e3\u5728\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5931\u53bb\u672c\u56fd\u5de5\u4e1a\u638c\u63a7\u6743\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\uff0c\u79f0\u653f\u5e9c\u201c\u5728\u575a\u5b9a\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u56fd\u5bb6\u9886\u571f\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4f18\u5148\u5438\u5f15\u548c\u6269\u5927\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u201d\u3002\u5979\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u201c\u662f\u672c\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u603b\u6295\u8d44\u989d\u4e3a1.374\u4e07\u4ebf\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u6bd4\u7d22\uff08240\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u201d\u3002\u4f46\u683c\u74e6\u62c9\u6de1\u5316\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e3b\u5bfc\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u79f0\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b9e\u4f53\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u548c\u98ce\u80fd\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5171\u540c\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u62e5\u6709\u5168\u90e8\u6240\u6709\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
