Monitor\uff09\u7164\u70ad\u9879\u76ee\u603b\u76d1\u514b\u91cc\u65af\u6c40\u00b7\u5e0c\u52d2\uff08Christine Shearer\uff09\u544a\u8bc9\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u52a0\u5dde \u201c\u539f\u672c\u5c31\u53ea\u6709\u8f83\u4e3a\u6709\u9650\u7684\u5dde\u5185\u71c3\u7164\u53d1\u7535\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u963b\u529b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6839\u636e\u52a0\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.energy.ca.gov\/data-reports\/energy-almanac\/california-electricity-data\/2024-total-system-electric-generation?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">2024\u5e74<\/a>\u7164\u70ad\u53d1\u7535\u5360\u6bd4\u4ec5\u4e3a2%\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u53d1\u7535\u5360\u6bd4\u8fbe34%\uff0c\u4f46\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u7684\u4f7f\u7528<a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u7684\u975e\u8425\u5229\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e9a\u6d32\u534f\u4f1a\u653f\u7b56\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08Asia Society Policy href=\"https:\/\/www.energy.ca.gov\/rules-and-regulations\/energy-suppliers-reporting\/clean-energy-and-pollution-reduction-act-sb-350#:~:text=What%20Does%20SB%20350%20Do,%2C%20biomass%2C%20geothermal%20and%20others.\">50%\u7684\u201c\u7535\u529b\u91c7\u8d2d\u201d\u8981\u6765\u81ea\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90<\/a>\u3002\u52302045\u5e74\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/legiscan.com\/CA\/text\/SB100\/id\/1819458?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">\u201c\u91c7\u8d2d\u201d\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ec8\u7aef\u201c\u7535\u529b\u96f6\u552e\u201d<\/a>
