\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5e76\u672a\u63a8\u51fa\u67d0\u79cd\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u523a\u6fc0\u8ba1\u5212<\/a>\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u65b9\u5e76\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u590d\u82cf\u4ee5\u73af\u5883\u4e3a\u4ee3\u4ef7\u3002\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u5236\u5b9a\u201c\u5341\u56db\u4e94\u89c4\u5212\u201d<\/a>\uff082021-2025\u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u5c06\u8bbe\u7f6e\u653f\u5e9c\u672a\u6765\u4e94\u5e74\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u652f\u51fa\u9886\u57df\u3001\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u8c03\u6574\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u6b27\u76df\u5c55\u5f00\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u63a2\u8ba8\u5982\u4f55\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7eff\u8272\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e76\u5236\u5b9a\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u90a3\u4e9b\u963b\u788d\u7eff\u8272\u8f6c\u578b\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8fc7\u91cf\u7684\u201c\u78b3\u9501\u5b9a\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5236\u5b9a\u957f\u671f\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u6b27\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u9886\u57df\u3002\u201c\u5341\u56db\u4e94\u201d\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u8de8\u5ea6\u4e3a5\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u201c\u7eff\u8272\u65b0\u653f\u201d\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u65f6\u95f4\u8de8\u5ea6\u5219\u662f\u4ece2030\u5e74\u81f3\u672c\u4e16\u7eaa\u4e2d\u53f6\u3002\u8bbe\u5b9a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u957f\u671f\u76ee\u6807\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u884c\u4e1a\u505a\u51fa\u9762\u5411\u672a\u676520-50\u5e74\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9f99\uff1a<\/strong>\u6211\u5df2\u7ecf\u770b\u5230\u4e86\u79cd\u79cd\u8ff9\u8c61\u3002\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u590d\u82cf\u662fCCICED\u4eca\u5e74\u7ed9\u51fa\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u5efa\u8bae\u4e2d\u7684\u5934\u53f7\u8bae\u9898\uff0c\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u7684\u3002\u5728\u6267\u884c\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u4e2d\u6b27\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u9879\u76ee\u4e0b\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u51e0\u573a\u7531\u4e2d\u65b9\u53d1\u8d77\u7684\u6709\u5173\u6b27\u76df\u7eff\u8272\u65b0\u653f\u548c\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u590d\u82cf\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u4eba\u5e0c\u671b\u5c06\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u201c\u4e00\u5e26\u4e00\u8def\u201d\u6295\u8d44\u4e0e\u4f19\u4f34\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u590d\u82cf\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e2d\uff1a2020\u5e74\u4f0a\u59cb\uff0c<\/strong>\u6b27\u76df\u5185\u90e8\u66fe\u5bc4\u5e0c\u671b\u4e8e<\/strong><\/a>9\u6708\u5728\u83b1\u6bd4\u9521\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u4e2d\u6b27\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u5e74\u5ea6\u5cf0\u4f1a\u4e0a\u8fbe\u6210\u4e2d\u6b27\u9ad8\u5c42\u6c14\u5019\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u5bfc\u81f4\u5cf0\u4f1a\u63a8\u8fdf\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u4e2d\u6b27\u6c14\u5019\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u524d\u666f\u5982\u4f55\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
