href=\"https:\/\/dialogue.earth\/en\/climate\/the-substance-of-a-korean-green-new-deal-is-still-being-defined\/\">\u7eff\u8272\u65b0\u653f<\/a>\u201d\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u88ab\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u63a8\u5e7f\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u53d1\u7535\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\">\u6fc0\u589e\u7684\u9700\u6c42<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u97e9\u56fd97%\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u548c75%\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u8d44\u6e90\u4f9d\u9760\u6d77\u5916\u8fdb\u53e3\u30022008\u5e74<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/ecosoc\/en\/events\/2008\/global-food-crisis-2008\">\u5168\u7403\u7cae\u98df\u5371\u673a<\/a>\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u7740\u624b\u4fdd\u969c\u98df\u7528\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u57282009\u5e74\u542f\u52a8\u4e86\u6d77\u5916\u519c\u4e1a\u5f00\u53d1\u6218\u7565\u8ba1\u5212\uff08Overseas Agro-resources Development\uff09\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u5171\u8d37\u6b3e\u8ba1\u5212\u627f\u62c5\u4e86\u97e9\u56fd\u79c1\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a70%\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u9500\u552e\u5c0f\u9ea6\u3001\u5927\u8c46\u3001\u7389\u7c73\u548c\u68d5\u6988\u539f\u6cb9\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a Overseas Agriculture &amp; Forest Resources Development and Cooperation Act\uff09\u548c\u300a\u6d77\u5916\u8d44\u6e90\u5f00\u53d1\u4e8b\u4e1a\u6cd5\u300b\uff08The Overseas Resources Development Business for Public Interest Law\uff0cAPIL\uff09\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u90d1\u4fe1\u8363\u8bf4\uff0c\u8be5\u56e2\u4f53\u957f\u671f\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5f00\u5c55\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5e76\u9886\u5bfc\u65e8\u5728\u963b\u6b62\u5411\u8be5\u4ea7\u4e1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u516c\u5171\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ece<a href=\"http:\/\/www.keei.re.kr\/keei\/download\/seminar\/070917\/4_Jeong-Hwan_Bae.pdf\">\u672c\u4e16\u7eaa\u593410\u5e74\u4e2d\u671f<\/a>\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u5c06\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fd0\u8f93\u71c3\u6599\u63a8\u52a8\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u90e8\u95e8\u5bf9\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u3002\u4ece2015\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u8fdb\u51fa\u53e3\u77f3\u6cb9\u71c3\u6599\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u4fdd\u5176\u6cb9\u54c1\u4e2d\u81f3\u5c11\u67092.5%\u7684\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6bd4\u4f8b\u540e\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8\u52303%\u3002\u622a\u81f32017\u5e74\uff0c\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u53ca\u5176\u884d\u751f\u4ea7\u54c1\u5360\u97e9\u56fd\u751f\u7269\u67f4\u6cb9\u8fdb\u53e3\u91cf\u7684<a
