href=\"https:\/\/www.antpedia.com\/news\/07\/n-2707207.html\">\u547c\u5401<\/a>\u5c3d\u5feb\u5f00\u5c55\u65b0\u4e00\u8f6e\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u538640\u5e74\u9ad8\u901f\u5ea6\u3001\u957f\u671f\u8f83\u4e3a\u7c97\u653e\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u540e\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u4e5f\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u662f\u8ba4\u8bc6\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u571f\u58e4\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u969c\u7cae\u98df\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u5e76\u52a9\u529b\u78b3\u8fbe\u5cf0\u3001\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u8c03\u67e5\u6982\u51b5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u5341\u4e5d\u4e16\u7eaa\u672b\u73b0\u4ee3\u571f\u58e4\u5b66\u7684\u8bde\u751f\uff0c\u4eba\u7c7b\u9010\u6e10\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u9646\u5730\u4e43\u81f3\u8fd1\u6d77\u751f\u7269\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u548c\u7e41\u884d\u4f9d\u8d56\u4e8e\u5730\u7403\u8868\u9762\u5e73\u5747\u539a\u5ea6\u4e3a18\u5398\u7c73\u7684\u8868\u571f\u3002\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5730\u74036371\u516c\u91cc\u7684\u534a\u5f84\uff0c\u5b83\u7b80\u76f4\u662f\u6bd4\u9e21\u86cb\u58f3\u8fd8\u8584\u7684\u4e00\u5c42\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e00\u5c42\u8584\u8584\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u662f\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u751f\u547d\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u843d\u5177\u6709\u60ca\u4eba\u7684\u591a\u6837\u6027\u548c\u4e30\u5ea6\uff0c\u9646\u5730\u4e0a\u7ea61\/4\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4f53\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u3002\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u751f\u7269\u9a71\u52a8\u7740\u5730\u7403\u7684\u6f14\u5316\u3001\u4e0d\u65ad\u5206\u89e3\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u7684\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u548c\u6392\u6cc4\u7269\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u7c7b\u6709\u7cae\u98df\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u7c7b\u6709\u5e72\u51c0\u7684\u6c34\u548c\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u4e5f\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u8981\u5f62\u62101\u5398\u7c73\u7684\u8868\u571f\u9700\u8981\u6570\u767e\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u571f\u58e4\u7684\u9000\u5316\u53ea\u8981\u77ed\u77ed\u6570\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u524d\u8005\u5728\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u5bff\u547d\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u800c\u540e\u8005\u5728\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u5bff\u547d\u5c3a\u5ea6\u4e4b\u5185\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u5f71\u54cd\u7740\u5f53\u4ee3\u4eba\u7684\u8d22\u5bcc\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1949\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e24\u6b21\u5168\u56fd\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u548c\u4e24\u6b21\u571f\u58e4\u6c61\u67d3\u72b6\u51b5\u8c03\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u57281959\u5e74\u52301961\u5e74\u95f4\u5f00\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8015\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u5230\u5e95\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u3001\u5728\u54ea\u513f\uff0c\u521d\u6b65\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u571f\u58e4\u5206\u7c7b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u6478\u6e05\u4e86\u8015\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u5206\u5e03\u4e0e\u571f\u58e4\u57fa\u672c\u6027\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"block--pull-quote__quote\">\u65b0\u4e00\u8f6e\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u662f\u571f\u58e4\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u5fc3\u58f0\u3002<\/blockquote><cite class=\"block--pull-quote__cite\"><\/cite><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5bf9\u6bd4\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u8303\u56f4\u66f4\u5927\u3001\u66f4\u7cbe\u7ec6\u3002\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cf\u52a0\u4e0a\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u8ba9\u8c03\u67e5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4ece1975\u5e74\u6301\u7eed\u52301994\u5e74\uff0c\u5386\u65f6\u6574\u657420\u5e74\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c1975\u81f31978\u5e74\u5f62\u6210\u4e86\u201c\u4e8c\u666e\u201d\u7684\u6280\u672f\u89c4\u7a0b\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u4e863\u4e2a\u53bf\u7684\u8bd5\u70b9\uff1b1979\u52301984\u5e74\u57fa\u672c\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u201c\u4e8c\u666e\u201d\uff1b1985\u52301994\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\u6210\u679c\u6c47\u603b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u4e8c\u666e\u201d\u91c7\u7528\u201c\u81ea\u4e0b\u800c\u4e0a\u201d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ece\u4e61\u9547\u7ea7\u5f00\u5c55\u8c03\u67e5\u91c7\u6837\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u6c47\u603b\u5168\u56fd\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6b21\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5168\u9762\u67e5\u6e05\u4e86\u5168\u56fd\u571f\u58e4\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u6570\u91cf\u3001\u5206\u5e03\u3001\u57fa\u672c\u6027\u72b6\u7b49\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u571f\u58e4\u5206\u7c7b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e76\u7f16\u5236\u4e86\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u571f\u58e4\u300b\u3001\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u571f\u79cd\u5fd7\u300b\u7b49\u8d44\u6599\u548c\u56fe\u4ef6\uff0c\u6478\u6e05\u4e86\u4e2d\u4f4e\u4ea7\u7530\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3001\u5206\u5e03\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f71\u54cd\u690d\u7269\u751f\u957f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u969c\u788d\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u4e3a\u6539\u9769\u5f00\u653e\u540e40\u591a\u5e74\u519c\u4e1a\u7efc\u5408\u5f00\u53d1\u3001\u8015\u5730\u5f00\u57a6\u3001\u4e2d\u4f4e\u4ea7\u7530\u6539\u9020\u3001\u79d1\u5b66\u65bd\u80a5\u3001\u519c\u4e1a\u533a\u5212\u7b49\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u652f\u6491\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e24\u6b21\u571f\u58e4\u666e\u67e5\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fd8\u5206\u522b\u57282005\u5e74\u548c2015\u5e74\u5f00\u5c55\u4e86\u201c\u5168\u56fd\u571f\u58e4\u6c61\u67d3\u72b6\u51b5\u8c03\u67e5\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5168\u56fd\u519c\u7528\u5730\u571f\u58e4\u6c61\u67d3\u72b6\u51b5\u8be6\u67e5\u201d\u3002\u524d\u8005\u4ece2005\u5e744\u6708\u6301\u7eed\u81f32013\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u5386\u7ecf9\u5e74\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u8c03\u67e5\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe630\u4e07\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e2014\u5e74\u516c\u5e03\u4e86<a
