Chen Yu is an independent advisor for Global Witness. She has worked in areas including Chinese judiciary, Chinese and international civil society, academia and public-sector advisory in the Netherlands. She holds master of laws degrees from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Chongqing, and SOAS, University of London.
