Joel de Souza is a chartered accountant (UNER) with a diploma in Project Management (UTN, Buenos Aires). He is deputy executive director of the CAUCE (Cultura Ambiental, Causa Ecologista) foundation where for the past six years he has been conducting research and implementing initiatives related to the monitoring of infrastructure projects with social and environmental impacts.
