Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana is the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). Before joining ESCAP, she was the Minister of National Development Planning and the Head of the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), Indonesia.
