Dr. Chalie Charoenlarpnopparut of Thailand’s School of Information, Computer, and Communication Technology (SIIT) is an energy analyst and an expert in electrical engineering in Thailand. A member of the sub-committee for public services, energy and environment, he and his research have been instrumental in providing advice for Thailand’s Power Development Plans and the integration of renewable energy.
