Malin Oud is China programme director at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. She has worked on human rights and sustainable development in China for more than 20 years in different capacities and was based in Beijing from 2000-2009. In 2023, she was appointed by the Swedish government to serve as vice-chair of the Expert Group for Aid Analysis (EBA).
