Khondaker Golam Moazzem is Research Director at the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. An industrial economist with over 30 years of experience, he has published more than 80 works on topics such as energy and power especially on clean energy, global value chain, overseas investment and international trade. Dr. Moazzem has played a key role in formulating Bangladesh’s Industrial Policy (2010 and 2016) and serves on several government committees.
