Zhou Feng is a programme officer with Energy Foundation China’s Clean Power Program. Prior to joining the foundation, he worked at the New York office of the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization and the State Grid Corporation of China’s Shandong power supply company for years.
