Mariano Novas holds a PhD in Political Science from the National University of San Martín and is a postdoctoral fellow at CONICET, Argentina’s main government agency for developing science and technology. His research focuses on natural resource governance, citizen participation and institutional transparency. He is a member of the RIGI Observatory.
