Qiu Chengcheng works as a China policy analyst and manages the partnership between Dialogue Earth and the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA). Based in London, she produces in-depth analysis and articles on China’s air pollution and climate transition.
Her journey in environmental work began with a focus on China’s coal phase-out, subnational climate transitions, and overseas energy investments, all aimed at shaping sustainable policies.
With a master’s in environmental health sciences from Yale University and a double major in biology and human health from Emory University, Chengcheng brings a rigorous scientific perspective to her work. She is interested in advancing actionable insights and fostering dialogue on China’s environmental challenges and climate leadership in the global arena.
