Laura Castillo is a lawyer, and the coordinator of the High Andean programme at the Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN). She is a Master’s candidate in Environmental Management at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires, and a scholarship recipient from the Japan International Cooperation Agency’s Programme for Young Leaders in Latin America.
