Wu Tianyi is a Rhodes Scholar and DPhil candidate in public policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. They are also a pre-doctoral research fellow at the Boston University Global Development Policy Center. Their research focuses on the policymaking and models of Chinese infrastructure development finance in Africa and their implications on climate and sovereign debt sustainability.
