Dr. Du Xuan is a consultant of the Low Carbon Economic Growth Program, Energy Foundation China (EF China). She was Program Officer of the Low Carbon Economic Growth Program of EFC from October 2018 to March 2022, in charge of strategy development, fundraising, and grant management. Before joining EF China, she served as Senior Engineer at the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment, where she researched global environmental policy. Dr. Du received her Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
