Chris Kardish is an advisor at the International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP) and adelphi, an environmental consultancy and think tank that runs ICAP. He specializes in the design of emissions trading systems as part of ICAP’s work bringing together governments for technical dialogue on carbon markets.
