Tarek Ketelsen is an environmental engineer with 15 years committed to solving the entrenched environmental, energy and water development issues in the Greater Mekong. He is the director-general of AMPERES and was the project manager and hydrologist for the MRC’s Strategic Environmental Assessment of Mekong mainstream hydropower (2009–11).
