Chaia Dechen has been Dialogue Earth’s social media visual content creator since 2022, based in London. She holds a BA in digital media production from the University of the Arts London. Previously, she was communication lead at East Berkshire Healthwatch. Chaia co-founded Latinidades, Latin America’s largest festival for black women, and Griô Produções, focusing on cultural and educational productions. She contributed as a content advisor, event organiser, and multimedia producer for Traços Magazine, a publication about culture in Brasilia, Brazil’s capital, that employs people without homes as sales representatives, to empower and reintegrate them.
