Photo & socials-first stories on heat solutions in the Global South – call for pitches
Formats: Photo essays or visual features, plus associated social media content
Deliverables: A package of 30-40 images, accompanying text of around 800 words and at least one social-first vertical video (or alternative social media content)
Open to: Visual storytellers and social-media-savvy journalists with a connection to a frontline urban community anywhere in the Global South that experiences dangerous levels of heat
Pitch deadline: 31st July 2026
Compensation: USD 1,500 to cover all deliverables (inclusive of all taxes)
