Maddie Clingan is an Agile Coach who works at the intersection of technology, people and business to facilitate better ways of working and business outcomes for technical teams. She has worked across industries from product development to cybersecurity services and also brings a long-standing background in China studies. As a Yenching Scholar, she gained her Master’s degree from Peking University and has contributed to an array of China-focused initiatives, such as producing content on life in China for a social media start-up and leading one of Asia’s most competitive academic conferences as the Director of Delegates. Maddie is looking forward to bringing together two of her top fields of interest – tech and China – through her role as a technical advisor for Dialogue Earth.
