Zhou Jie leads the Sino-UK Centre for Sustainability Innovation at University of Cambridge, Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Before joining CISL, Jie was a founding member of the China Programme at the Ellen Macarthur Foundation. She later led Global Higher Education Demonstration projects in London, New York and Shanghai. As an ethnic minority working in a cross-cultural environment for more than a decade, she is keen to elevate Diversity Equality & Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace and was shortlisted for the Vice-Chancellor’s Social Impact Award (2022) at the University of Cambridge.
