The project, launched last June, aims to make way for the export of mature environmental protection technologies and products to China, Xinhua news agency reported.
The latest technologies and products will be used in building the city, including a closed water supply system, a traffic positioning system, waste management and recycling systems, as well as the adoption of technologies to control vehicle exhaust discharge.
