Matthew Savage is a leading international expert on climate change policy and finance. He works in an advisory capacity supporting governments, international climate funds and development finance institutions on the design, implementation and evaluation of climate programming. He has enjoyed a number of roles, including with the UK Cabinet Office (COP26 team), DFID (climate and environment team) and the International Finance Corporation (climate advisory services).
