Mijael Kaufman Falchuk is a lawyer specialising in public international law, and a teacher at the University of Buenos Aires. He is also one of the Publicly Elected Representatives for the Escazú Agreement, and a co-founder of the social and environmental advocacy group, Consciente Colectivo.
