Yang Li is deputy executive director for research and programs at IGDP. Her research focuses on energy systems analysis, low-carbon development planning and evaluation, and energy, environmental and climate policy evaluation. She holds a Ph.D. in Population, Resource and Environmental Economics from Renmin University of China.
